Old and worn out furniture in my room . Bed sheets and towels were well used . Since there were few guests, there was no buffet breakfast. Just simple American breakfast set , porridge or fried rice. .

Good hotel at downtown Suphanburi”
Good hotel, but the building and equipment are aged. Towels are also worn, but acceptable for money. If you walk around the hotel, you can find several Thai restaurants, Seven Eleven and Thai massage salon etc.

Looks good but few facilities”
Nice reception area. Looks count right? Er not always. Customers want facilities. This is the first hotel i've ever stayed in that didn't have tea/coffee making facilities. The bar was ambient with live music but unless you like beer or (limited) spirits with (limited) mixers then best go out or take your own and consume in your room. Room was clean and staff were helpful but spoke little English. Google translate is your friend!

The hotel is a bit old but well maintenance and clean. Breakfast was good with wide variety of food to choose from.

no cleaning of room on first day, we demanded before! we asked for extra bed cover. clear NO from receptionist!! room, windows, mirrors only cleaned up to eye level of cleaning staff!! everything quite neglected. air condition no DRY option, windows not possible to open: very humid and damp... bad smelling. management seems not to control the staff. NEVER again! bad 3 days.

The location of the hotel is in a great location close to food and the markets. The boat tours are only a few minutes away and the bus stop is basically across the road. Close to the attraction. Overall I enjoyed my stay

Would not stay here again. Tv didn't work and needs an upgrade. Breakfast was cold and we got sick afterwards.
