I booked the hotel on Agoda and paid it. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff told us that they were not aware that Agoda had entered any money and they wanted us to pay them in hand, they told us that people always paid them in hand which was not, of course true. We asked for the resort manager to clarify the situation but he was not or did not want to come. I showed them the voucher but they did not care, they wanted the money. After an hour of discussion and angry, we decided to leave and it was then "casually" the employee receives a call from the boss saying we could stay but after what happened, we feared for our integrity, we did not feel safe enough to spend a single Night there with that staff around so we left. A very unpleasant experience.I do not recommend this resort at all. Do not be fooled and look for another resort, there are many and very good nearby. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESORT NEVER
