Only good things to say.”
We arrived early after a 51/2hr bike ride and were expecting to just park up and go somewhere for a coffee, but the staff came out to meet us and said the room was ready so we could check in early. That really set the whole tone of our stay, the staff were friendly, helpful and informative about the historical park and the local area. The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. After a morning exploring the historical park it was a welcome relief to be able to relax and cool off at the pool. The pool area was clean and well maintained, as was the pool, and there was never too many people there. Breakfast was an added bonus, the dinning area is comfortable and quite tranquil. The breakfast itself was delicious, everything was fresh and tasty, with a good selection, and a great start to the day. We loved everything about Thai Thai Sukhothai Guesthouse and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Best value for the money on our Thailand trip!!! Excellent hotel!”
We just loved Thai Thai Sukhothai!!! The bungalow is huge and super clean and so well appointed! It's just so pretty to look at haha! The pool is great after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is excellent and there are so many options! They rent bikes for a totally reasonable price, and the park is within less than half a mile from the hotel. We has so much fun riding our bikes through the park and its outskirts. This is such a lovely and quiet and relaxing town! By the way, WinTour bus to Chiang Mai picks up right down the block from the hotel (in front of the morning market) at 7am...we had to learn the hard way when we took an expensive tuk tuk to the bus terminal in New City at 5:30am, just to end up right in front of our hotel at 7am.

Perfect Stay”
This hotel is glorious. It is so perfect. Pulling up you are greeted with such warmth and kindness in a very beautiful and calm setting. We stayed in a villa room and it was so clean and stunningly decorated. It was as if you were visiting a home rather than a hotel. You can rent well-maintained bikes for only 50 baht per day and they will be perfect to take you to all the historical sites. We informed the hotel that we were vegan and they accommodated us with the most perfect breakfast every day and even cut up some of the most delicious watermelons we bought from some local farmers. The pool is so clean and the jets give a nice massage. This was a very relaxing and peaceful place for a long weekend away from Bangkok and everyone should visit.

Here’s what you can expect from a stay at Thai Thai : Full breakfast buffet with Thai & Western options (both tasty). Amazing service. The staff go above and beyond making sure you are comfortable. Great rooms. Our superior room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony. THE POOL! -what a way to escape the afternoon heat after a bike ride. This was unexpected and a great bonus. Enjoyed a good book in the shade next the elephant fountains. 10 out of 10 rating for this place, wow!

Must stay place, you won't regret it”
My wife and I stayed at this Guest House for 3 nights, we had a wonderful time there. We had tried other hotels in Sukhothai before, this is by far the BEST. Staffs speak good English. Breakfast is awesome, lots of selections and taste delicous, much better than other hotels. Room is super clean and they clean your room daily. Staffs always carry a smile. They are extremely polite and helpful, cannot praise them enough. Will definitely stay there again whenever visit Sukhothai.

Lovely hotel, excellent location, super friendly staff ”
We had a wonderful time at the Thai Thai Sukhothai Hotel. The location is excellent, just 10 minutes bicycle ride from the central zone of the Archeological Site, and the main street of the old city where you have restaurants, 7/11 and anything you need. The rooms are very nice and modern. The pool is lovely but above all, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Excellent value for your money. Highly recommended.

Wow. What an incredible place. We enjoyed it so much that we booked an additional night. Five Star service, clean and cute rooms, amazing breakfast, and a gorgeous pool area. Bikes in great condition with an affordable 24 hr rental price. Quiet and peaceful off the main road, but only blocks away from the market and temples. The B&B is perfectly located for a visit to the ancient city ruins. The staff could not have been more friendly or welcoming. They provided us with plenty of information and options for our visit covering what to see & where to eat. The accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean, the pool area was large and well kept. The breakfast was plentiful with freshly cooked options available. Unbelievably good value for money.

Nothing to complain about this place. The staff are really friendly and supportive. The room is super cozy and comfy. I love the decoration. Thai ancient style but not scary. The breakfast served as set, fresh. The swimming pool is clean with suitable size, but need to walk about 200m. The price is cheap than I think. Love everything about this place and hope I could visit there again!

This is a recommended accommodation. Distance from accom to Sukhothai Historical Park about 1 km. From accom to community area such as coffee shops, restaurants, 7/11 etc. about 500 meters. Recommended Junshine Restaurant for everyone. I gave 5point for the location coz I have a car so it's very convenience for me. Most of the guests are foreigners. The cycling very popular here. You can ask staff for rent bicycles. The staff very courteous like a 5 star hotel. They are very welcoming, explained and very helpful. I stayed in a family room with bungalow for 4 people. The room is clean, tidy, cozy and privacy. All equipments as standard. One thing should to fix is remote of aircon, 1 remote use with 2 aircon. It's confuse and hard to usability. Breakfast is very good with Thai and Western styles, not many varieties but delicious. Thai food with rice, fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, green curry, boiled rice, Chinese sausage, pickled cabbage, small fish fried Western food is sausage, ham, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, salad, bread, jam, fruit, coffee, tea The pool is not very big but clean, good atmosphere and popular. The pool is on the opposite side of the hotel. Walk about 100 meters I and my family will definitely be a chance to come back here.

We stayed at Thai Thai Sukhothai for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and the surroundings quite - perfect for relaxing. They have a nice pool and the breakfast was good. The staff there was more than amazing and went on and beyond to give us a great time at the resort. Would definitely visit again!

Location is convenient for food, historical site and others such 7-11. Staff is so friendly, nice, gentle and their service is really impressive. Room size is so big and clean. I love breakfast that vary kind of foods. I highly recommended this place to those who need to find a place where value your money. If I travel to Sukhothai, I will stay at this place again.

This is my most favorite hotel while I was in Sukhothai, without a doubt. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff as they were extremely friendly, polite and really supportive. The lovely handwriting welcome card was so touching and exceed our expectations. Me and my wife had two wonderful evenings here. The hotel itself was clean, nice food, easy access to city center, highly recommend.

Very lovely place! Great location, with a short bike ride to the ancient city. Pool was refreshing and clean, and having AC in the room was important with 109 degree weather! (in April) Staff was very helpful and accommodating, gave me a small cake for my birthday! : ) Would recommend the in-room Thai Massage. Very nice place to stay, high marks!

I enjoyed keeping my routine workout. jogging in the morning at Rama 9 Commemoration Park. and doing yoga in the room and also on the balcony. I liked the park very much. open at 5am entrance free , cool water server free. clean toilette. after that, we got a good breakfast. For next time, I will go to the swimming pool.

Three separate locations make up Thai Thai Sukhothai Guest House, all within a short walking distance of each other. Rooms were spotless as was everywhere else. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful, some going that 'extra mile' to help me! I wanted extra on this trip and I certainly got it with a four poster bed and spacious room. It's bed and breakfast here with a large range of items including hot, cooked in a couple of minutes variety of eggs. I would recommend this guest house to any friend or family member!

The room and hotel surrounding is very clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is also clean and well design. There are less options of breakfast but acceptable (buffet line only bread, beverage, and fruit). The hotel's located very near to the Sukhothai Historical Park.

Amazing greetings”
Ideally situated near the ancient ruins. (Not much else here or reason to stay) with the most warm and welcoming greeting we’ve ever received. The room was small but did come finished with a four poster bed! Detached from the main reception the rooms are all laid out like a small street. The use (at cost) of the bikes to get around the ruins was needed......they are large in area and it would be a hot day walk.

Nice room, spacious and immaculately clean with a balcony. The hotel was very peaceful and well located nearby the historical park. The staff were very friendly, spoke English very well and helped us with some local recommendations. Would definitely recommend staying here.
