Value for money in the center of town. Facilities is good, staff are nice and friendly, room is clean but looked old at some parts. Only one complaint is that the refrigerator should not power off when you remove the keycard.

Ok for a quick stopover. Budget hotel but comfotable rooms and free Thai breakfast in morn. Handy for The One farang bar in chaìyaphum and night bazaar.

Comfortable and clean”

I booked this hotel last minute and I was not so sure about the condition of the room although I have read some good reviews of this hotel. Upon my arrival the staff named Toey was on duty and she is very polite and helpful although she doesn't speak English we communicate using Google translator. Everything is alright with the hotel, air-conditioning works fine, WiFi is good, bed is soft and comfortable. The mattress has smoke burn but I'm totally fine with it. It has attached bathroom and the room is huge and clean. Medium size refrigerator is more than good enough for solo traveller like me.

Nice place in the wonderful town of Chaiyaphum. Basic thai breakfast (coffee and khao tom). The rooms are big and very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Close to the night bazaar and shops. Recommended.

Ok big Room with air-con and toilet & TV & big fridge Clean and have balcony. Furniture little bit tired but still ok and work well. Overall value what you paid. Do not wait breakfast for western standard. Thai rice soup and nescafe. I bring my own yougurt and croissants from 7 eleven. Overall nice stay in central location.

This was 2nd choice for me, as no.1 turned out to be a disaster. The staff do not speak English at all. I got a well sized room, but bedclothes were spotted and had cigarette burn holes. Furniture were worn down. Lighting simple. Location impractical. I would advice foreigners to avoid this city. Few people speak English, the tourist info center is closed, the town is really provincial. The national parks CAN be reached by bus, but info is difficult to aquire on internet and without speaking thai. It is NOT a tourist city. Peopel will charge you an arm and a leg for basic services, e.g. motorbike they asked 1000 THB for one day ( 2017).

Stayed here a few times whilst up visiting the family. The hotel is a good clean hotel, if not a little dated. However the rooms are large with a balcony. There isnt a lift to the rooms so beware if you are on a higher floor. Breakfast is just coffee and rice soup, but it does the job for a couple of hours. A short walk to the night market and also there is a farang bar ( one bar ) around the corner if you are in the mood for a few cold ones. There isn't much to do as far as night life in chaiyaphum, apart from the shopping and local eating places. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here if you are here for a night or two.

Good value hotel in good location ”

The room was large and the bed large and comfortable. We had a big fridge and the cleanliness was good. The best thing was that it was in walking distance to the night market for dinner. Chaiyaphum has few tourist attractions. You would have to get a car to visit Tat ton waterfall and Stonehenge but they are both worth a look see. Breakfast was simple rice soup and coffee or milo but adequate to start the day.

I was on the thhird floor, thei place is a bargin for tyhe money,,, but there is no english tv thannel. the treakfast is a thai freakfast, like a soup. the room has a small balocony to hang clothes to dry. it5 is located down a driveway. My one big complaint is they keep asking hours before check out if I will stay another night, it just bugged me. I stayed here 4 nights, the jprice was good and the room was just a jplace to shower sn and sleep. Another thing that bugs me about thailand in general is the hotel staff are never friendly seldom smile, and just always want money.. water is provided everyday and they only clean when someone check s out. This is more of a thai hotel. I would stay here again only because it is basic.and cheapj...

Dirty and dated”

Centrally located but room was poorly maintained. Cobwebs were found in every corner especially in the toilet. Cobwebs also in the dining area. Musty smell from the pillows. Bed was very hard. Breakfast was rice porridge which is ok for the price of the the room. Overall if you can rough it out then this place is ok

Pit stop place”

You come here for the location and the car park; the rest is very, very basic. But served the purpose of a pit stop and fulfilled the promise. Not, that I would go there again; maybe a little more at also a higher price. Price-value ratio OK. The breakfast - FORGET it!

budget serviced apartment”

Hotel was easy to find less than 1 km from the traffic circle. Large clean room and bath. Mattress quite hard and sheets worn. Everything worked so decent value. Staff helpful but limited English.

Cheap, cleanish... run down, but big, comfortable, good location. Would stay again.

Second time stopped here...good clean rooms...aircon good wifi good beds good...staff very good. Rice soup and coffee for brekky in morning. Central location in Chaiyaphum....
