This is my home in Udon Thani. ”
Yup, this is my home in Udon Thani. While, yes, there are other cheaper options in the city, this place boasts of: 1) A-1 entrance security system, 2) proximity to interesting places (baht bus to Nong Prajak Park and the like; 8-min walk to Central Plaza, main bus station, UD Town night market, train station, etc), 3) cheap but with great quality and interesting neighbouring food shops (including a 7-11, 10-baht donut shop, a superb breakfast nook and a cooked meat shop like no other in front of the 7-11, I tell you!), and lots more! In other places where you could save 150-200 baht per night, UD House compensates by cutting your transport expenses in getting around the city. It’s simply just in the right place for all the good reasons to enjoy and appreciate Udon Thani … again, I tell you!

The best bed I slept on in Thailand ”
Very comfortable bed. Super clean. Hotel is brand new. It gives a feeling of a lux condo which is a big plus for me. Staff lived in the US so you can finally chat in a perfect English. Super nice and helpful. They are actually changing sheets every time, not that common in Thailand.

Great hotel in the middle of town. ”
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were excellent. The rooms are new and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in in all of Thailand. I highly recommend.

Very Good Value for Overnight Stay”
Facility seems very new. Staff is friendly. I don't think they offer food, so no breakfast -- at least with the room I reserved there was none. Room is clean as is the hotel. Convenient location. Refrig in room is a good size and quiet; everything in the room seemed working well. For the value it was great, and the staff helped me get a Grab Car ride to the airport at a discount. For an over-night stay or for value, I would choose this hotel again.

it is value for money and found in the center of Udon, you can walk to the convenient store. The room is very new and clean.

Basic and good”
I want to give this place six stars for Value for money. It is very basic, it is almost centrally located (5-10 min walk from CentralPlaza) and it offers no frills. But the beds are firm without being hard, the water pressure is good and the shower gets reasonably hot. The cleaning crew is doing a good job. I've stayed here several times as it is the best choice for the money.

Great Hotel”
Staff very efficient, wi-fi works very well, location is outside the center but 10-15 walk to everything. Street food, coffee, 7-11, all within a minute or two walking. Will surely stay at UD House again and recommend it to all.

Great place and excellent value for money”
Stayed here for 5 nights in February whilst visiting Udon Thani. The hotel and rooms are in good condition and the staff reception is friendly and helpful. Location wise it's only a short walk down the road to the shopping plaza area and also one more street along are lots of bars and restaurants. The area is safe fine to walk around at night. There is a large 7Eleven shop if you turn left and walk 100 yards down the road. Would stay here again.

I travel to Udon regularly for business and have stayed in most hotels except for the over priced such as Centara. This hotel is a standout for the money and it has now become my go to place to stay. It may seem to be a little out of the way but is only 10 minutes easy walk from Central Festival and the entertainment street. There are good restaurants and street stalls close by for good cheap food Very highly recommended

Too many ants”
I’ve stayed here a few times. It’s quiet and clean. However there were a lot of small ants everywhere. Even on my phone while in bed. A lot crawling on the vanity. I found some in my bags when I got home. I would hesitate to stay there again just because of the ants. Get rid of them and I’ll come back.

the hotel has very good standards. The safety box in the room is missing. everything else is much better than other hotels in the same class.
