Очень далеко, но природа, тишина, тренажерный зал, хозяин и хозяйка супер. Комната чистая, муравьи присутствовали, но не докучали, вода каждый день. От того, что далеко, мало гостей, для нас это хорошо, чувствовали себя как на даче. До ближайшего магазина 5 км, 2 км до старого города, без транспорта тяжело/ Интернет хороший, уезжали поздно вечером, с разрешения владельцев оставались в номере до "последнего".

Far from the ruins, not safe to walk at night.”

I knew how far this was from the ruins, but I like to walk. When I arrived at night, the walk to get here from where the bus dropped me off was treacherous. It was very dark and there were no sidewalks. I should have stayed closer to the main area.

Basic Resort a bit far from the town centre”

The resort is located about 3km from the old town centre, not so convenient for those without own transport. But for those with own transport and looking for a budget stay this would be quite a nice choice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Ample of car parking space.

Air conditioner noise”

It is good for low budget travellers. The downside is when the air conditioner starts working, it is very loud and sometimes can wake you up at night. Also fridge makes the same noise at night.

It is a great place to stay”

The host is very kind and helpful, and the place is very close to the place you can see the sunrise. The place is quiet and peaceful, you can see many stars at night.

a little bit far from town(historical park) ,but quite near to Wat Saphan Hin which is a great place to see sunrise,so it's best if you could rent a motorcycle or at least a bike...the room has everything essential..the hotwater heater for shower is an instant electric heating one so it's not quite continuous/sufficient..there are wall lizards climbing onto the windows but lucky enough they cannot get pass the net fences...so all in all,it's quite worth the price(you can almost never get a room like this at this rate back home) i give it 4 star out of 5

It's ok for one night stop.”

When we were there, no one else was staying that night. The ower gave us the keys, and led us to our rooms, then disappeared. The next morning we had to leave the keys one the doors, because no one was there to help us.

the location is a little bit far from the park/town but very close to wat saphan hin which is a good place to see sunrise,so one should rent a bike/motorcycle before he gets there...the room is ok: there's a TV,a frig,a working shower..there are many little lizards around and one even got in,it's harmless but still a little bothering...but all in all,worth the price

Worth your money”

The room is clean, cheap, worth and the staffs are kind. It is far from Sukhothai Historical Park about 5 km., you can rent a bicycle from rental shop where is around the historical park and bike it to the resort. Moreover, the resort has an area for watching stars at night. How's wonderful!

Location is near Sukhothai Historical Park (3-5 KM), 20 KM from downtown. Room is clean. No food service.

Rustic Bungalows”

I have stayed at the Wattanawan resort before (3 years ago) and would stay again in the future should I return to Sukhothai. You pretty much get what you pay for, a bed for the night, somewhere to have a shower and wifi in your room. The bungalows are very rustic but are kept clean and tidy. English isn't widely spoken here, but then again you are in Thailand so I personally have no issue with that, the staff are very friendly. We were driving around Thailand in a car and the main draw of Wattanawan for us was that it is a few minutes drive down the road to Sukhothai Historical park and there is space to park right outside your bungalow here.

Nice and short stay. It is a little bit far from the Historical Park, but it is not to difficult to get transportation to and from. Came by taxi and the driver had a hard time finding the place - had to call the owners.

good value for money. right near all the sights and attractions we wanted to see. the staff were very elcoming and friendly. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that want to visit the beautiful city

we couldn't find this place. they had marked wrong location on the map. Looked now and it had been fixed. However, in old sukhotai no one knew the place by name - not even tricycle drivers whose living is driving people to locations. When trying to call them, they would not pick up. Their phone broke of course. after spending 2 hours of sukhothai at night we finally found the place, spending 300 baht on scooter and a guide. I would not recommend it. Get something in city center if you come in for 1 night.
