Our second stay. Highly recommended”

The restaurant is premier league and well worth a visit in its own right. Some creative and well presented Thai dishes using top quality ingredients. It closes quite early. If you want a bit of night life afterwards I'm sure the staff can arrange transport. Nice, well maitained and designed, country setting. Hard to believe you are only 10 minutes drive from the middle of the 6th largest town in Thailand. The rooms are nice and sitting on the khlong-side terrace at the back very enjoyable. There's also a nice terrace at the front of each room. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Breakfast (delivered to your room) is also very good. Oh, did I mention the restaurant!

Pro Very warm welcome, all the staff was very kind and helpfull. Due to my mistake, possibly because of some booking site problems, I booked the wrong arrival date. They didnt charge us extra, very kind, Thank you thai. Very much appreciated. We have enjoyed a very nice dinner in the garden with some soft beautifull music in the background. Slept great in a big, clean room with a large bed. The breakfast was great, eggs, bread, fruit, Orange Juice, koffie and thee brought to the room for only 100 bath p. P. A very nice experience, we like to thank everybody very much for such a beautifull stay.

Beautiful property”

This hotel is a family owned and operated. The sons who work run the resort was very friendly, helpful and kind. The resort is situated on a side road, surrounded with lots of trees (almost looks like a jungle) and about 3 km from Surat Thani town so it was very convenient. The resort is beautifully landscaped and there were domesticated sheep that my son adore playing with. I enjoyed taking a walk around the property, I can see the "family" touch to the resort. I would definitely stay there again!

Location ”

The location is a bit outskirt but it is near to night Market and pillar shine. Perhaps public transport is uncommon in SuratThani. Hence require to keep negotiate with Tuk Tuk and taxi in order to back to the resort after visitation of tourist spots. It is far away from Big C supermarket and Central Plaza shopping mall. Staff are friendly and helpful plus staff are knowledge on the surrounding.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I stay in many 5 star luxury hotels in the world but honestly the service and the overall experience. Perfect location, 10 mins away from the center. The hotel room is really clean, staff very friendly and helpful. I will be returning for sure!!!!!

Beautiful hidden gem”

Resort was such a pleasant surprise and a great value for money. New rooms with lots of space, and a balcony in the back of each rooms, so you can relax and enjoy the nature. There is also a beautifully decorated restaurant on site. The resort is a bit out of town, so a motor bike might be helpful, although we just relied on Grab (like Uber) and it was about 100 - 130bhat each way.

Perfect stopover”

I came here after a 10 day silent meditation retreat. The family that runs it is super sweet and helpful. The room is spacious and clean with a back patio to the river. The pool is small but that no big deal when you have it all to yourself! Feeding the carpet was super fun. This is a quiet and relaxing spot. The food and service are excellent as well.

Great to take the family”

They have nice rooms, helpful staff and the resort is nicely set out with fish ponds, an avery with parrots and rabbits and their own little flock of sheep which all helped to keep my boy entertained whilst we were there.

Exceptional”

Our stay was very relaxing! Definitely an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Offers excellent food that won't put a huge dent on your wallet. Travelling to and from isn't also a big issue since there are taxi companies/Grab service available. The location's just a little far from the airport. The pool isn't the cleanest and biggest. And if you're a mosquito magnet, do not forget to bring an insect or mosquito repellent.

Quiet break from the city”

We enjoyed our stay here. Quality rooms for a great price. We needed a relaxing place to chill after lots of travels and this was perfect. Located outside of all the hustle and bustle of Surat Thani. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Also the restaurant was tasty!

Basic but clean”

Out of the main city by about 10min can ride, clean room, firm but comfortable bed. Staff very obliging but spoke little English. Unfenced water area not safe for young children

Will not go there again”

Ruean Thai Nai Bang Resort is NOT the real name at location, that is confusing. Owner is a weird nervese men who does NOT speak Englisch, just like the rest of the staf. There was an amazing smell in the toilet en the badroom. Location: Middle of nowhere. And in was very difficult to order a taxi. Not a professional hotel yet.

Very lovely location just outside surathani. Nice and Large room, beautiful spot, kind people and good food. Absolute recommandation if you need transfer hotel or want to lounge.

Nice place, good service”

Nice place with cheap but really luxury rooms for that money! Separate shower and toilet and nice terrace. Not close to shops and restaurants, so remote, but excellent if you have a rental car and just need to stay there before flying from Surat Thani! Breakfast is served in the room. Small but nice round pool with palm trees around.

Just what we needed ”

We needed a place to stay over for the night before catching the ferry in the morning to go to Koh Phangan. When we arrived, which was quite late, the staff greeted us in the parking lot and had the air already turned on in our rooms. The staff was super helpful. The breakfast was not a buffet, but there were several options to choose from and was very good. It was great value for money.

Central located hotel”

Nice clean hotel in the center of Chumphon. Half an hour drive to the more beautiful Sairee Beach area which is nicer to stay. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Only the shower was changing temperature all the time. Overall nice hotel.

Beatiful hotel”

The hotel was really nice, the around area was amazing and the staff was really kind, helpful and polite. We only stayed one night but we would repeat without doubt.
