Great Ryokan”

We had a very lovely stay. Rooms are spacious. Very clean. Own bathroom in the room (no sharing like in some other Ryokans) Very friendly and helpful staff. Great outdoor Jacuzzi with drinks. Baths are public, separate for males and females. Very nice. Can travel to anywhere in Hakone within 20-30 mins.

the staff is very helpful although didn't talk well in English, they had tried their best to serve you. free shuttle service to Gora station during checkout nice onsen nice food in restaurant , just pricing a bit expensive.

Spacious room, must book for breakfast”

For visitors from overseas, the breakfast at this hotel is an experience. The room is very big and fully equiped. The hotel is a walking distance to Gora Station.

Superbes Onsens”

We (2 Adults) spent one night in this wonderful hotel. From the staff to the room, everything was really high standard. They gave us a really warm welcome and they explained us everything about the facility. Our room had a private hotbath on the balcony which was perfect in the cold weather. The shared onsens completed the experience. They were wonderful! And the food: Incoryable!

Excellent Ryokan, clean and good service”

Located in city of Gora. Not easy to go walking uphill from Gora station but you can use tram to go to 2nd station and walk down a little bit.

Although close to Gora Station, it is a short steep climb! The Tozan cable car can take you up two stops if there is not too long of a wait.

Good place”

The hotel is near the Gora park, so it's easy to find.The room is big and warm. Breakfast taste good especially the rice and fried eggs. Staff are very friendly.Only the pillow is a little dirty. The hotel is not far away from the Gora station. There are some restaurants around the station. But they close very early. You'd better eat dinner before 5PM or booking the dinner in the hotel.

This hotel was simply a great experience. I had a very spacious room, almost as big as my apartment back home! The onsens were very clean and tranquil, and not at all crowded. I highly recommend staying here if you can get a good deal on Agoda as I did. Well worth spending a little extra for. The staff also go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Wonderful hotel”

We loved it, it's a great place. The Japanese designed rooms are beautiful and the bed are very comfortable. The view is beautiful. We found the hotel's food a little expensive but there are cheaper options down the hill.

Escape from the busy captial in this little heaven with well equipped spa and surprising hot stone facility. Roomy space and attentive staff. Recommend!

The location is not so far from the station. The staff very kind and so helpful when explaining about the car parking! The room is so spacious, the beds are also comfortable. The open air bath is made from hinoki, has special aroma. Quite big and so comfortable with view mountain! I recommend this hotel!! ^^
