The room was amazing with the private open air bath and the sea view. It was very convenient and fantastic ! The staff is very very good and helpful, kind and everything positive ! Thank you for this staying

Lovely baths...and a nice view from the room”
Pros:Lovely big baths on the 7th floor Good strong wifi signal in the room Free shuttle service from Toba station Good value for money Cons:An old property...the room needs refurbishment especially the sink area and the room seemed to have a lingering smell of smoke. An easy walk down into Toba but a difficult hike back up. The baths on the 7th floor are in different locations so not possible to move between the two without getting dried and dressed.

Far from town, but have free bus on limit time”
In a small town as toba, this hotel was located far from town, can walk around 25 min., price compare with over all is a bit high, quite old hotel not much clean, some staff was very helpful some staff was not. the have free bus on limit time only, if you walk from hotel to around, the way is very dangerous with a small road and fast car or bus to hotel. Onsen was good, locate on the top floor of hotel, very nice it's a out door onsen but the water was not that hot

Traditional ryokan style accommodation with both indoor and outdoor bath. The indoor bath was spacious and has a paranormal view of the Ise bay. Did not opt in for the dinner in the hotel to save a bit of the traveling cost, but looking from the menu, I could tell that it looks really good (the price as well). The breakfast was Japanese breakfast buffet style with plenty of nice Japanese food. Can either travel to the hotel via car or the shuttle service provided by the hotel (quite tough to walk up by foot).

It's kind of far from the main attractions, but a shuttle runs at convenient times for check-in and check-out. The staff are also incredibly nice and will arrange a driver for pick-up/drop-off at restaurants after shuttle hours. The vibe inside is fine, but the facilities are a bit worn and there were some gnats in my room.

受付の方々も ほんとにとてもいい人ばかりでした 部屋も古い建物ではありますが 掃除も行き届いてて のんびりと過ごすことができました 大浴場も露天も良かったです 3泊4日あっという間にすぎてしまって 帰るのがとても寂しく感じました また行きたいです

三世代で宿泊させて頂きました。広々としたお部屋は綺麗に清掃されてゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました。なんと言っても女将のお心遣いにとっても感激しました。食事も美味しくスタッフの方の笑顔も素敵でした。是非また宿泊したいと思っています。

素晴らしい女将さん”
今回で、半年のうちに、三回も利用させていただきました。 なんといっても、部屋についてる露天風呂が大好きで、、お料理もこの、お値段でこんなに？！というほど、です。、すばらしい。 今回は予約が、寸前すぎたので夕飯はいただけなかったのですが、 旅館側は、なんらわるくないのですが、ちょっとしたトラブルがあり、、四回目はないかな？とおもったりしましたが、その後の女将さんの対応に感激。 やはりあのような大きな旅館の女将さんともなればちがうなーと。同じ女性として、誇りさえ、かんじました。 また、四回目も鳥羽はぜったいにここにとまります。
