Find Ryokans in Wakayama, Japan

There are many hot spring resort at Shirahama beach. You can access wakayama easily with Kuroshima express train from Osaka.

There is not many attraction in Wakayama City so you better go to the country side for hot spring and site seeing.

If you have chance to visit Osaka and you got a few extra day. Why not place a visit to the Wakayama region.

Driving to Koyasan from kyoto is the best experience in this trip, we stayed for one night in Eiko temple.

A very interesting place to visit. Take your time to visit the monasteries, temples, museum and make a hike on the pilgrims trail in the hills around the village

a city nearby the sea, so you can enjoy many seafood freshly. and price will be reasonable. and the scenery is beautiful.

Travel by JR is very convenient and the local food are very delicious together with a taste which is unlike city life.

The city is only an hour drive from the international airport. There are many hotels within the city centre, where close to the main attraction - Wakayama Castle.

A relax place good for every people who bear stress during work. The only bad thing here is the people doesn't know English so that we better to learn some Japanese before coming to Japan.

The fish market Tolae Tolae is fantastic to see with nice view of the beach and the amusement park is good to try.

If you want better quality yukata than those sold in souvenir shops, check out the collection at Kintetsu.

A quiet, relaxing city, main attraction being the Wakayama castle and nice food (even the local favor instant noodle).

visit the tourist information center to get a copy of the local map. The city is easily accessible by train from Osaka and Shin Osaka.

Although you need to take at least an hour train to there from the airport. It is still worth to go if you like quiet and peace environment.

Nice quiet town compare to Osaka . Only an hour from namba station,Osaka . People are very friendly .

The area have many rural area, for Hill Hiking, Hot-Spring, Sightseeing, founding Historical, main theme park, Having seafood, Sashimi.

The city is a little isolated from tourist attractions. There is the castle but my hotel booking was based on Kumano Kodo trail access.

Besides wakayama city, a place call kada is great fit fishing ( out by boat) and if course, u should go to a shirahama too for great spa n excellent natural in caves n rocks n sea views
