Serenity and wonderful hospitality”

A spur of the moment, last-minute booking, this Ryokan was not the easiest to find, but once I arrived the English-speaking staff were very kind and accommodating. I moved from the Western style room (which I had accidentally booked) to a Japanese style room with a peaceful outlook - and exquisite dinners were served in my room. The serenity of the space and beauty of the surrounds allowed me to focus on my writing, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sun rise and set from the outdoor onsen bath. A very relaxing and replenishing stay. If you aren't driving there, make sure you get proper directions, and instructions for the shuttle bus, before you set out.

Another good experience in Japanese traditional hotel”

We arrived late and it is raining. The first time to Ise so seems not a good start. The reception manager ( I guess ) gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. We were so glad to have his assistance in booking a good restaurant for the Matsusaka beef ( a good choice at reasonable price for the quality ), and his introduction about the hotel. The onsen is not big though, we enjoyed very much. It is not at downtown but it won't be a bad choice in any case.

Sakura season”

This ryokan is off the beaten track, has a wonderful common bath and access to the beach. It is in a very natural setting that lets you calmly enjoy the spring breeze. if you are a foreigner, you will be likely to get a Western room unless you ask for a Japanese style one. Dinner is served in Japanese rooms, not foreign ones, which means a taxi ride to town for dinner unless you want to settle for noodles and sake. No wifi in the rooms surprised me.

Beautiful View and Wonderful Osen”

We travelled through 15 onsens on our last trip and this has to be one of the most memorable one. Beautiful view surrounding the hotel. Staffs are helpful and they do their best to help despite the language difficulty.

Superb breakfast. Room had lots of space and the views are gorgeous. Unfortunately the pool was closed and the area in the back was in desperate need of upkeep. The ikenoura seaside train station closes in the Fall. Beautiful onset situated outside.

un très bel hôtel avec de belles prestation et une superbe vue sur la mer. attention cependant , nous avons eu une déconvenue en arrivant à l'hôtel: la chambre attribuée donnait sur le parking! impossible de changer e chambre sans payer un supplément ... ne prenez donc pas les chambres doubles ou twin standard sur le site ( pas forcement les moins chères d'ailleurs) vous aurez une vue sur le parking alors que franchement le site est superbe ( quel intérêt dans cecas ??)

In verhouding te duur t.o.v. andere hotels die wij in m.n. de grote steden bezochten.”

Er was geen wijn verkrijgbaar. Koffie kostte ca € 6,50. Ons advies mocht u dit hotel bezoeken: doe het niet in het najaar, maar in de zomer. Er is dan een buitenbad en een strandje. Dit hotel lijkt zich vooral op Japanners zelf te richten. Er werd weinig engels gesproken. Wij waren de enige niet-Japanners.

到着時も玄関前で出迎えていただき、車の駐車もスムーズに誘導していただきました。チェックインもスムーズで、スタッフの皆さんが常にお客さんの様子を見ながら、困り事がないか等、目を配り、気を配っている印象です。お料理は夕食、朝食共に大変満足のいく内容で伊勢らしい、地域ならではの食事を堪能しました。朝夕共にお品書きも添えられていて、記念に持ち帰ってきました。少し寒かったですが、足湯も楽しめました。プライベートビーチがあり、今度は夏に伺ってみたいと思います。1泊の短い時間でしたが、お値段以上に満足する事ができ、旅に花を添えて頂きました。全てのスタッフの皆さんに感謝しています。 又、お伺いします。期待を込めて更なるサービス向上を楽しみにしています。 ありがとう御座いました。

プールの清掃が行き届いてないです”

今回、プールとビーチを目的に宿泊しましたがプールの周り、プールの中、色々なところにコケがあり、ぬるぬるしていて、滑っている子供を何度も見ました。危ない場面もありました。プールだけで言えば★１くらいですが、全体のサービスはとても良くて、スタッフの方皆様よく出来ていました。
