Awesome Place To Rest”

Quite easy to find S Bee Hotel thru the direction provided by Agoda. Strategy place to go to Paradigm Mall & Capital City, even also easy to access to another hot place like city, sutera area, puteri harbour & etc. A friendly receptionist & easy procedure even we are check in late. Got water dispenser can refill your own bottle. Got lift easy to carry your luggage. A really awesome room facilities. A queen size bed like a 5 star hotel quality. My friends said, "how come a simple hotel got 5 star quality bed." She dont want to wake up early just because of the bed. LOL. Every single simple toiletries are provided with a clean bathroom. Really a awesome hotel if you wanna have a great rest after a tired day. Thanks, S Bee Hotel. You make our night & day while in Johor Bahru.

Very good value for money in cozy room near Paradigm Mall. ”

Its about 10 km north of JB city center near the fashinable, modern Paradigm Mall. From a bus stop a bit south of Paradigm mall are frequent buses to city center, less frequent to Larkin Long Distance Bus station. Staff is unable to give precise information about buses. Room very nice, clean, cozy and bright. Modern fittings. Really good value for money. The mall is only a few minutes walk away and there ate cafes and street restaurants nearby, but not open much after midnight. Of course, Johor Bahru is an extremely ugly city with heavy traffic and air pollution. , Unless one has important things to do, its not a city to be recommended for a longer stay

Had a great stay at S Bee. Good firat impression when walked into the main entrance. Very friendly stafff and the room is great! Spacious and clean. Toiletories provided. Nearby to the Paradigm mall. Recommended!

Surprisingly good hotel”

We went to visit the Legoland and stayed at this hotel. Took us more than half and hour to get to Legoland but there are no hotels (currently, but Legoland is building its own hotel next to the park) near Legoland anyway. The hotel itself is pretty near a town in Johor itself so food, groceries etc are a short drive away. Only thing is finding the hotel can be a challenge as its somehow not listed on the GPS and the street etc too are not found though ours was updated, have to depend on the patient hotel receptionist to give us directions over a few calls.

Great location, nice rooms”

The location is good. Parking okay except for Saturdays where there is a night market blocking the way to the hotel.It is nNear to the new Paradigm Mall. There are restaurants within the same row as the hotel. Staff also friendly. Toiletries also proper good supply. Bed very comfortable. On Saturday there is a mini night market in front of the hotel. You can walkabout. Also the previously closed indian food café at the hotel is now re-open. Overall, it is good for your money. You can also try the room with Jacuzzi if you want. Not expensive and reasonably priced.

Paradigm Mall”

5 minutes Walk/Grab to Paradigm Mall. We took a 6-seaters Grab at RM10. There's a coffeeshop behind the hotel for some local Coffee/Tea, Fried Kuey Teow or Meatball Noodle Soup. We park right in front of the hotel (there's around 6-7 lots only) and we don't drive out during our stay. Saturday night market (4-8pm) right in front of the hotel with stalls selling cooked food such as Fried Fritters, Roasted Duck, Soya Beancurd, Satay, Corn, Pancake, Fried Noodles, Assam Laksa, etc. Market food such as fresh chicken, fish, vegetable, fruits are available too. Hotel room is clean as per reviews. Twin room is carpet flooring/shower and Deluxe King is vinyl tiles/bath tub. Connecting doors are available between Twin Room and Suite. My rooms are at 3rd floor.

Average rank for its customer service Room and bathroom excellent! But level of humidity high. Smelly Front lobby security staff sleeping while in duty Isolated location. In residential complex Wifi excellent! Room aircond not so good. I had to wait 45 minutes for it to fully function. I really hate when i booked and paid queen size bed,S Bee Hotel provide me with 2(two) single beds!!

Nice clean hotel”

This is the 1st time we stayed in this hotel and we are impressed by it. We stayed in a Family Room which has 2 Q-size beds. The room is very comfy - nice pillow & quilt, strong air-con, big flat screen TV, rain shower at the bathroom. The bathroom is very big compared to other budget hotels. The hotel also has a lift which is very accessible for elderly and guests who have lots of luggage.

A Worthy Option For Solo Travellers ”

I'm not a fussy person but I was generally impressed with the price and facilities provided by this hotel. I happened to stay during the fasting month so, as a non-Muslim, food choices were a bit limited in the morning. Thankfully, Paradigm Mall is very close by (seriously!) so it wasn't a big issue. Overall, highly recommended if you are like me.

Perfect”

Highly recommended to anyone traveling to JB. The location is very strategic yet privacy. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly. Got water dispenser near the lift, I can easily topup hot water for making kid's milk. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Excellent bathroom. Got TV with USB port, so my kids can watch cartoon movies I downloaded from youtube, hahaha. The WIFI was the fastest I could find in a hotel so far, 10mbps running UNIFI, yes I ran the speedtest.net. Got tons of WIFI access points to choose from, of course need to pick the strongest signal. What more I can say? I really enjoyed my stay and satisfied. Will definitely staying in this hotel if come to JB again. Thank you for providing a very pleasant accommodation.

Cheap and worth”

The staffs are friendly. The lobby is well renovated. We were assigned to a room without window. So the room looks a little bit dark. The sound-proofing is also not good. However, the room is clean and spacious. Air-conditional functioned well. The bed was ok although not considered very comfortable. The hotel provides water dispenser just beside the lobby lift. The hotel is located near to Paradigm Mall. The walking distance to the mall is within 10 minutes by normal speed. The hotel surrounding is not lively but still have a few food stalls nearby. There are a burger stall, mamak stall and a Malay stall (in my knowledge). In overall, this hotel is good for short trip stay but not for enjoy. We understand what we get is what we paid. So, it is still worth for the price. Thank you~

Recommended”

Value for money. I checked out from previous lousy hotel to stay in here and just feeling glad as it is way better than the previous hotel. Facilities are good, room is clean, fresh toiletries given in the room. Overall is tiptop. Hope the management team can sort out the channel tv issue. It only provides Singapore channel, no basic Malaysian tv channel as there's no more analog channel. Other than that, i think things quite ok. Hats off.

Budget hotel in Skudai”

First off, the staffs are extremely helpful when it came to accommodating my special request to have things delivered to the hotel prior to my arrival. There's a clean water dispenser in the lobby as well so no worries about my water source. The hotel is also conveniently located from Johor Premium Outlet (10mins) Legoland and Puteri Habour (~30 mins). Nearest night spot is around 20 mins drive away. However beware, there is a small mosque located nearby and if you're a light sleeper you might hear the daily prayers. However, the windows are expertly sound insulated so I hardly hear the sound anyway.

great hotel”

basically, this was a last minute booking which i have done at 8pm (sg hours) and i made my way into jb for a simple dinner and headed straight to the hotel. i reached the hotel at 1am + and did my check in. according to their hotel rules, there will be a charge for extention of hours in the hotel. i requested for a late check-out and the friendly and kind staff just waived off the charge for the late check out. it was pretty considerate of them as i checked in really late and needed more rest for the next day. thus, it was a pleasant one night stay.

SBee Hotel. Worth the stay”

The mamak café at the hotel serves good roti canai planta. My daughters loves it. The roti telur bawang is also nice. There is a malay food restaurant serving from breakfast to supper time there. Very close just about 120 meters. Paradigm Mall is within walking distance if you wish to do some mild walking exercise. Other wise just drive over and park there. Parking at the mall is a bit expensive, that's why if you are staying at the hotel, just walk and save parking money at the mall.

Worth Every Penny”

I would recommend this hotel if you only need accommodation for overnight. A very clean and decent hotel room I would say and quite cheap to if to compare with other similar rate of hotel. Friendly and helpful staff too. Overall a very satisfied guest here.

It takes a while to locate the hotel but it was ok. Love the cafe just located downstairs and the price is afforably price.

Could use some daily necessities like tissues, disposable slippers, safe and more hangers Hairdriver is pretty half ass but still gets the job done Room had like 6 power points! Air con is cold, bed is springy and comfy Shower is perfect, temperature was easily controlled. Jacuzzi had a button that didnt work well but still managed to get me some bubbling done :) Plus hotel is 500m from paradigm mall only! all this for the price of 46/night Will come back again!

Nice hotel”

I stayed a night in the superior king room in a Saturday,the staffs here are very friendy,my king-sized bed(max 2 guests)is large enough to accommodate 3 adults!The room and blankets etc.had no uneasy smell although without any windows,all things inside the room is so well keep and the flat 28" tv on the wall is just right angle height for comfortable eyes and neck when sitting or lying on the bed for programmes.One thing that impressed me is the huge showerbath spray with steady adjustable hot/cold water installation,it helps me finished my shower very speedy and thoroughly cleaned.NOTED:This new and well maintained 3 stars hotel is quite remote from excitement areas but there is a weekend(every Sat.)night market here just right in front of the hotel!
