Great Location ”

Great location and value for money. Located at Scott Garden, plenty of places to eat and full of night clubs. Great place to stay for those enjoy night life. Block B is very-very quite at night compare to Block A & C where all the night located. Very convenient, 5 min drive to Mid Valley and there is a 7eleven at Scott Garden too. Check in procedure a bit complicated for those use to front desk services. Well not to difficult if you read the instructions in your email. The admin, Ms Heng is very helpful and you can call her anytime including after mid night. Our first room has very bad smoking smell (even though stated non smoking), she straight away change our room to the other room. That was very helpful. We will definitely stay at the same place again whenever we go up to KL. Highly recommended.

Awesome service”

I like to comment more on the staff... the place is very good and nice.. but the staff that help us with our booking was really the highlight.. i had my booking cancelled by accident but the staff was kind enough to waive the fee and let us rebook again.. thanks to them we had a good time at scott garden.. definitely recommended and ill be sure to stay there again when the opportunity arises.. and again Thank you for all your help with the booking.. double thumbs up!!

Quiet but well located for clubs and Mid-Valley shopping”

The place was like a home away from home and we met the owner who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Whilst the place is very quiet, beneath you have the Tesco for foot and goods shopping and for younger folk there is a number of bars and clubs for night time entertainment. It is a little self contained so if your desires stretch beyond the immediate block, then a short Uber ride away takes you to the Mid Valley shopping mall with all its delights of shopping, eating and play areas for kids. Interesting place to stay if you fancy residing in an alternative part of KL to the more common KLCC areas.

Great homestay!”

S Suites is definitely one of the best homestay in KL! Location is quite strategic although not recommended if you want something walk distance to Golden Triangle area. Check in was hassle free and Heng gave clear and concise instruction. The place itself was amazing! It was spotless and tastefully furnished. I got one unit that actually different with the one in the listing but still satisfied because it was simple yet very cozy (it's a brown color theme unit- ask for this one if you like earthy feeling type of place). The facilities inside the unit is great! Cooking utensils are almost complete and even hairdryer is also there. Room for improvement is to add scissor, air freshener and paper towel in kitchen area which are essential but wasn't provided. Overall, great stay with value for money! Watch out: I had TERRIBLE experience when it comes to parking, the access card wasn't working and the security guard didn't let us in which is not owner's fault but the building staff's fault.

Greeted warmly by the staff for "meet and hand over key" session. No frills service apartment with a Olympic size pool. Duplex design for more privacy if you decide to hv friends over. Great value for money for the size and relatively near to mid-valley vicinity

High security apartment with access card”

You must check out your email before come to stay as the in charge person will tell you how to depart the apartment and what to do thru email. It is very important. It is good to check out their contact number for more info. The overall of the apartment is pretty well. Just the shower need to be improve. The water pressure is too low, hard to bath well. Suggest to equip a water pressure machine will help on it. Good location to call up a uber or grab car for fetching you to any place you wish with reasonable price. You can visit 7-11 for daily item if you need it urgently. There is a lot of nightclubs for you visit. Korean foods is quite nice at there. You can go to mid valley within 7 minutes by siting uber or grab car. Around RM 7-8.

Strategic Location”

Strategic location with shopping and eatery 10 minutes away to Mid Valley and 20 minutes to Sunway Pyramid; With semi equipped kitchenette convenient to family. Love the design of the studio apartment. My kids enjoyed it very much.

Location is good! near to Mid Valley MegaMall (5mins), you can find K BOX as well, just a short walk can find Bak Kut The, Crab Restaurant, food stalls (all opens in the evening). 4 convenient shops around it as well. So you can buy items and cook in the apartment (kitchen wares are provided. Apartment is clean and staff is very friendly, and helpful. Didn't manage to try the pool as it was under going maintenance throughout my stay. Love the theme of the room (ocean view) and definitely be back to try other themes.

Had a good memory ”

The suites is feel very comfortable to me. All the standard facility is there and I was very satisfied..It is seriously value for money. Giving a private parking lot. Enjoy the swimming time after work at level 2. Have a good drink in the pub just downstair of suite. Everything just so convenience!

Free Parking”

Booked two apartments and they set it up nicely next to each other so that helps, Parkings space are provided for free and just be informed that there wont be any staffs greeting you, but its not much of a problem since they will contact you directly via whatsapp or email on check in procedure which is pretty much straight forward, Place is good for Group of friends and just down on the ground level got alot of pubs , 24hr marts, starbucks and some streetfoods, Ifyou have your own ride, its an easy straight drive less than 5 mins to mid valley mall and just about 10mins to armcorp mall which is a great place to visit on sunday for tis Flea Market

Worth each penny you spend there. Pubs are on the same building. Great place to stay. Bangsar is nearby.

Recommended for friends and family ”

I was travelling with my parents and younger brother. By staying at this serviced apartment, I believe I saved some money because if we were to stay at hotel, normally we have to book two rooms. Therefore, if you guys are to travel with friends or family members, just choose serviced apartment rather than normal hotels which will normally separate you all into different rooms or even different levels. The whole check-in and check-out process is smooth. There are security guards who are friendly and helpful. The unit is quite clean although there are some stains on the sofa. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay.

Although located in not a convenient place(we use GRAB to nearby LRT station: kerinchi or universiti), the two-story room is so comfortable and clean that I will still choose here next time! The view is really nice and the atmosphere of the room is cozy and makes me feel relaxing!

This was my first staying in Suites, nice and clean. Although no staff serving us, but fully privacy also great. My children love it ，they love the design of the Suite and nice view also. No staff, so i simply klick one of the rate

Room was clean and spacious ”

-Check in was location was quite hard to find. - Staff was helpful to advise the location by watsapp, but still needed abit of finding the place. - Interior of room was clean and spacious. - Facilities however were not up to standards. Alocated Parking lot and Car was bombarded by bird poo. Swimming pool flooring needs replacement. Lifts were slow and stuffy.Shopping center below was mostly deserted apart from the many pubs/niteclubs. - Overall nice stay.

It's a great place for celebration ”

It's a great place for celebration. I booked the place to celebrate my friend's birthday, with a group of 10 ppl . The living hall was huge enough to accommodate more than 10 ppl. The venue was super clean and the owner was friendly too . As we had a celebration there we left the hse in a messy condition but the hse owner was okay with it as she said she has ppl to clean them up! Overall its a great place to stay.
