Excellent place In A Great Location”

Great Hotel, The Concierge Staff Were Really Helpful.Always A Smile From The Staff Members To Welcome You Back To The Hotel.Cool Art Paintings.Really . We Will Be Back For Sure. The view from the hotel is fab, the rooms are very comfortable with excellent Wi-Fi connection. I've stayed here numerous times and enjoy it every time. The hotel is strategically located with wonderful view of petronas towers. Staying at the hotel gives you easy access to at least 4 tourist attractions: (a) KLCC Park where one can already have a great view of the Petronas Towers; (b) lake symphony; (c) Suria KLCC Mall and (d) The Petronas Towers.

A modern apartment, it is a good place to stay close to KLCC, Pavilion and bukit bintang”

Location was super. However, we had major trouble getting Uber to locate the property on their map, good two bedrooms apartment close ocuuiped with all necessary staff for a family. It close to most of attractions in Kuala Lampurchase. The apartment which was very spacious and nicely decorated. The apartment has everything you could need. The pool is nice. The staff are helpful and overall a great value as its walking distance to many malls restaurants and bars. i face a problm there The guard downstairs at the lobby/foyer was such a snob! I understand u r doing ur job but be a bit more polite. I was a paying customer but regardless u still have to be polite to ALL! I asked my friend to pick me at the foyer. she was instructed to park and so she did while waiting for me to come. Then when i came we try to find the direction on or google map so it took us a while a max of 5mins or so but the guard was being such an annoying person giving us a whistle and with a very rude body langguage and facial expression wanting to dismiss us. Like seriously?! If we are obstructing the area yes u can but still u can do it politely. U r serving and dealing with customers or potential customers. Be professional with what ever job u r doing.

Great stay in a clean, spacious apartment”

This is a privately-owned condominium in the hotel, which requires calling the owner either in advance or at the hotel, but other than an unexpected delay with check in (not until 3 pm), my stay here was excellent. The space was immaculate -- it's really the same arrangement as the hotel suites -- and very spacious, with a beautiful view of the west side of the city. Although there is not room service, there is a washer/dryer in the suite, which was very convenient. The owner was easy to contact and coordinate with, and even offered to let me stay in the room an extra couple of hours when he found out I had a late-afternoon flight. The infinity pool and view from the rooftop can't be beat.

i booked this place for infinity pool at 51st floor. it was amazing view from there. what came a surprise for me was the suites. room is exceptionaly good, spacious and has all amenities. you would definetly love to stay here. highly recommended

This is an apartment so don’t expect it to be like a hotel...Ibrahim is the main person to deal with an he is excellent....though we had a short stay it was just perfect....pool is amazing but very slippery at the edges.....I saw at least 5 people fall...this needs to be fixed fast

It's a best choice to stay in KLCC area, near KL tower make you comfort to stay any longer. The five star accomodation with good facilities especially the infinity pool you'll get the best view with Petronas and KL tower. Enjoy the luxury life with great lifestyle. Nice apartman with good city view”

Good location, close to metro and KLCC Park. Well the pool... looks good but there is a construction which hides the Petronas. So it is only partially visible. The suite was so nice, big and clean, very comfortable.

Great property, loction and staff members that served us very early”

Location is very nice, walking distance to twine tower and pavilion mall, the apartment that give me is in very Hight floor (55) amazing view over all Kuala lumper, and also looks new with a good decoration and furniture , staff also helpful and very polite, the disadvantage is that no breakfast, reception very small , the valet parking in front of the building is very small, but really I enjoy my stay with the polite staff.

Magic view from the roof-top awesome pool”

The ambience, location, facilities and bonus of the hotel is roof top pool on the 51st floor. The pool was just something from heaven. Amazing staff - welcoming, helpful and genuine, nice location, the rooms are big, worth the cost. I face some problems, i hope that they can avoid that, it is for the extend, we only booked for 2 nights, but decided later to extend our stay 3 more days, but they ask me to move to other hotel which they book for me, also for the taxi to airport the staff arrange for me, the taxi came very late, I am lucky that I get my flight. other small thing is the sofa in the living room is a bit uncomfortable

Great place to stay in KL”

I have only the best words for this place. We arrived early, but they were able to give us a room anyway. Personnel is friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is huge, lots of room for our family of 4 and has all the necessities there in the apartment. We loved the location, everything is nearby, Kampung Baru just a short walking distance away, were you can get cheap but really good local food. Twin Towers is just opposite of the building. Tv-tower also a short walking distance away. And of course i cannot leave out the infinity pool, which has wonderful views to the city and Petronas towers. Although, the pool can get very crowded, it is still an amazing thing. Totally recommend!

the most important for me is cleaness. and this room just amazing. bedroom, bathroom, kitchen all are clean. the hotel is also strategic, close to the twin towers and kl tower. the view from the pool is also very good. the overall impresson is perfect.

5 Star Pool 1.5 Star Apartment”

You won't find a better view and pool in Kuala Lumpur, but the luxury on display at Platinum Suites is only skin deep. Our bad experience started almost immediately as it took an hour and a half for the person who owns the apartment to give us the key after the scheduled check in time. They were totally unprofessional the entire time. We get to the room and boom instantly the smell of mold hits us. We searched around and found the cabinet under the bathroom sink covered in black mold. This room shouldn't even be rented for this potential health hazard. Then beyond that there was no wifi despite there being a working wifi router in the living room. When I told the people I was renting from about this they said, "it's not our wifi," ok so whose is it? When we checked in the shower was clogged with someone else's hair and I took a 5 minute shower and the entire bathroom was flooded. We asked for a second key and keycard, we were given one that didn't work. The bed was as hard as a rock and felt like a mattress at a cheap hostel. The pool is 4.5 stars, the view is 5 stars. Nothing else here is even close, I would honestly in the future rent the room to swim in the pool, but I would never stay here again, just disgusting. We stayed for 3 nights and complained about these things right away and the only thing that got fixed was the shower clog. This was so bad Agoda should refund me my money and probably remove this listing from their site until it is in alignment with the star rating they are advertising, but of course they probably won't.

The unit is clean environment is good. Easy access to parking but limited as first come first serve basis. Value at its price. Only bad thing is wifi is down.

Pros - Huge room, free wifi, pool with view of petronas, walking distance to suria mall and petronas. Cons - limited tv channels, smell of cigarette smoke. The management should disclose if it is smoking or non-smoking room.
