Beach Front Resort Great for Kids”

We booked at Saint Tropez because of it's kid-friendly activities and were not disappointed. The rooms were decent, but liked there is a big pool and the hotel is right on the ocean. Most of the rooms are designed to face the ocean so you can see from your balcony. If you're coming on a long flight to Thailand I wouldn't recommend this area to stay since you'll spend unnecessary hours reaching the hotel. But if in Thailand and want a weekend/weekday getaway would recommend for sure.

Lovely Beachfront Villa!”

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was clean and our beachfront villa was directly in front of beach. Only thing we would not rate this as a 4 star hotel because of missing amenities. It was a two level room with bathroom on both levels, but the first day they didn’t put towels on first level. Also in my travels, most hotel room have extra rolls of toilet paper, but we had to call for extra. In the kitchen space, there was no microwave and no dishes and utensils. There was a room safe, but not bolted down, so it can easily be carried away (lol). The restaurant and service was very good, but would like to see more vegetarian options. Breakfast was also good, and also missing vegetarian options, but they prepared a vegetarian dish for us without any charge, since breakfast is included. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The gym is very nice and pool facilities are beautiful. Beach front has no beach chairs. Other than these few things that can be improved, we enjoyed our stay, loved the room and we were happy with service. We would definitely stay here again. There is parking.

Beach Getaway”

Our family of 4 enjoyed a long weekend at Saint Tropez. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and the beach. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

Nice place”

Excellent resort right on the beach. Only problem is that the resort and area are so empty due to covid it lacked atmosphere, but hardly the fault of the hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly, the waterpark very good, and it is right on the beach.

Friendly and active staff”

I went there for Marathon event. The hotel was fully occupied. The hotel was well planned for the high occupancy since the entrance until the breakfast line. The staffs were active to service and help. great location with beach front. Nice room. Only one point to concern is the heating system in the shower is a little bit weird.

Nice Hotel and hospitality ”

Good to stay on Chantaburi. it's closed to the beach and tends to privately. The room is a good one, clean and good view. The reception and staff have high hospitality, friendly, and willing to help. Food is good too, in the hotel cafe, but the breakfast is fair. Overall, this hotel is good to stay :)

Good hotel, but specific location”

Before you go here, you should keep in mind the entire location is not for europeans. All local hotels mostly serve Thai people. Here is no taxi, very limited food choice, no shopping or enterntainment. This hotel is not bad, it has a great pool, rooms are OK, beach is OK. I think that's all. Breakfast is poor for money paid. The restaraunt is almost not working. Of course not 4 stars, at least for now. Very hard to communicate on entire beach. From other side, the location is cleaner than many other Thai places, the nature is great, the location is friendly for walking and byciclyng, there is a great aquarium not that far and a mangrove park, you can find a really cheap food if you have a car or bike. Had an accident with a rented bike that did cost five hundteds usd for me. no insurance, nothing!! so beware.

Fabulous location, the beach is exquisite at the moment, post lockdown. Hope the Thai's keep it that way. A perfect family resort.

Good Hotel!”

Hotel is nice, very clean and cozy. Location also very good. Private like beach also quite beautiful and clean. Many attractions nearby. However, I feel hotel price is overcharged compared to the hotel standards in Thailand! Not sure why! Other than that everything was excellent! Highly recommended!!

Wide room near the beach”

The room was great, wide and there is a bath tub in my suite room. Big swimming pool which you can walk from hotel to the beach to relax. Only one thing I dont like, my room was not on the high floor. So I have to go out to the balcony and can see the sea with the roofs view.

Way too far from the city ”

The location of this hotel is way too far from the city but if you're seeking for a peaceful place this hotel might be something you're looking for. The hotel is considerably beautiful with the pool close to the beach. But somehow, the room that I booked for was too humid and I also booked for an extra bed but what I've got was a flat mattress, a cheap blanket and a hard pillow which is not worth the price I paid for at all. A hair dryer in the bathroom won't work too. Anyway, lovely staff and good service.

Nice hotel ”

Good hotel for those who have car/bike as its a bit remote. nice beach. If you want to be more in the center, go to the near beach Had Chao lao, its more populated with restaurants, shops etc...

Loud Beach Front Area”

The beach front villa was 5700 + extra bed 700. Though, the restaurant has pop music on loudly until 10 pm. We were there for the running event and in need of sleep. The room though was comfortable. Food at the beach restaurant was pricy. The service was slow. It was 1000 baht for a regular fried rice and a fried noddles dish with three appetizers. We were waiting for more than 30 minutes. When I asked for cancelation of all the order, the server said I was told initially that the food could be slow. I was about to leave and the food was served. It was not such as great experience overall. The restaurant would be great for youngsters. I would not stay here on the beach front again due to the loud noise. The hospitality was dry. Many staffs look like trainees. The cleaning lady was nice. However, the staffs at the restaurant seem to be ignorant unlike other hotels I went to especially in this price rang. More like services at a resort ar a much cheaper price.

Very good”

Room was ok. The location was perfect right next to the beach. The breakfast room was very crowded and didn't have enought table for everyone since it was new year during our stay.

Good place for weekends”

Easy to find when you drive, big hotel with swimming pools, front beach. Clean room. Breakfast was ok.

You like the pictures and choose to go stay there and the place is under construction. ”

Place is under construction. Had a crew working early in the morning in front of our beachfront villa. Disturbing us. Wanted the beach and got a bunch of workers. Lobby looked nice in pictures but we got construction to navigate around. Parking lot full of materials & equipment. Breakfast cold. Disappointing! Could not relax and enjoy our stay.

Great time with my family here, Nice Place and Good service of staff ”

All good except staff at the restaurant during breakfast. Too much check for breakfast ticket, feel like they keep looking at all customer during they're eating. Even they already show for brerakfast ticket. Not a good manner for staff at the breakfast time. The rest is good. Staff at lobby and the boy who bring us to the parking and room are very nice and active with service mind.

Very friendly and quiet place”

We arrive and got warm welcome even if there was lots of people checking in at that time. Staff very friendly. The boss of the place even invite us to visit other room and propose activities available around. Very pleasant place. Swimming pool is big enough to accomodate every children. The room are new. A place i will go back to have longer stay. Nice area to do bycicle!!

Good for a short break”

We stayed in the beach villa. Everything is ok. There were a few issues with the facilities- WiFi, hot water, but these were fixed when asked. It’s ok when compared to the other options in the area. The location on the beach is great and the area itself is quite quiet. It’s good for a family get away for a few days if expectations aren’t too high.
