Value for money”

The hotel is right at the central of hat yai, a very short walk to various locations such as Lee Garden Plaza, Odean mall, Salma Halal Restaurant, Kai Tod Decha Halal Restaurant, Railway station and Alisan group (Alisan bus kiosk). There’s also nearby Watson and 7-Eleven and Starbuck (in Odean mall) and Mcdonalds (in Lee Garden Plaza). They served small breakfast (was told by the receptionist that the mini breakfast will be breads and coffee but I hadn’t went to check on them throughout my stay there) though the booking didn’t include breakfast. The staffs are really friendly and helpful, on the 2nd day we want to go to the Khlong Hae floating market and was thinking of the option we had was to ride tuktuk or grab, the security guard advice us to take grab since it’ll be cheaper for the 2 of us rather than tuktuk (but still let us considered the tuktuk option as he told us that the driver will wait for us for 2 ways trip); and after check out they had inspect the room before releasing out our room deposit (1000 baht) and my friend had apparently forget her lotion and the staff informed us about it. Receptionist was able to speak simple English and the guard was able to speak in malay. The room was comfortable enough though it was a bit old-ish, everything functioning well. The TV had a selection of Malaysian TV3 for the malay tourist apart from mtv and warner tv. The room service was great since they had provide new towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper upon cleaning up the room. They even greeted us with smiles as we were walking out of our room. The only down side of the hotel is that it had 7 floors and the elevator only went up to 6th floor, since our room was at the 7th floor we had to climb the stair from the 6th floor to the 7th floor. But the stair was not that steep, just a short climb; so it’s still value our money for the stay.

Budget hotel @ city central”

Recently stayed for 6N. A regular traveller to Hat Yai. Hotel: Central location, convenience to everywhere be it shopping, food, massage or night life music. Daily a simple breakfast provided FREE to all hotel guest. Just a coffee vending machine/bread Room: Rm area quite comfortable with king size bed and 2 spare pillows. However, this hotel do not have a proper full window view. All windows face next bldg but not a concern to me. Toilet big enough, hot water and water pressure perfect. Provide daily 2 bts drinking water, tooth brush, shower cap and ear bud. 2 coffee cup but no coffee/tea sachet. Perhaps hse keeping shd take note. House keeping, i was a little disappointed on second day. Woke up late, hang door card (3pm) requesting room service, back 8pm nothing done. Looks like house keeping do not keep proper records and chamber maid do not even check. Anyway, it only happened on that day so really no big issue. Just a complain to front desk reservation mgr. Highly recommended!

Pros: •Cheap rate compared to other hotels with same facility. •Hotel let us checked in as early as 10 am. •Though the furnitures are dated..the room, bedding & bathroom are spotlessly clean. •Walking distance to Lee Garden Plaza, Kai Tod Decha Restaurant, Salma Restaurant, Kelantan Restaurant, Kim Yong Plaza, Railway Station, Robinson Dept Store, Seven Eleven. •Bellboy name Anuar is so attentive and he can speak Malay well. •Lots of TukTuk in front of hotel/also easy to get Grab. • Free TukTuk to & from Central Festival Mall (just let Anuar know). Cons: •Staff at receptionist speak minimal English and not quite warm & welcoming. • Pillows kind of hard (rubber material) but we slept safe n sound nontheless. •Got kettle and glass in the room but no tea or coffee sachet. •Hotel keep our passport so we better have copy of our passport with us. •Elevator to level 6 only. Have to walk to get to level 7 (highest level) but it was just a couple of steps away.

The hotel staffs are friendly and able to speak mandarin and english. Hotel environment is good. The room is clean and big enough for 1 extra beds. Bathroom with bathtub in good conditions provide with shower cap, tooth brush, shampoo, shower gel, tower. The coffee in room is free to drink but there are some beer inside the fridge, not sure it will be charge or not if customer consume (suggest to ask reception before you open). Parking is available for guests. Beside lobby have a money changer shop which is very convenience for quests. Its very near to Lee Garden and night market nearby. Very strategic place for stay. Will come again.

Superior hotel”

The hotel is centrally situated within the varied eating places, massage parlours and shopping malls. It is also a walking distance to the railway station. One thing is missing. The hotel did not provide beverage satchets for the guest consumption.

Hotel Centralize and good location within walking distance everywhere. Room A bit small but clean. Note; all rooms have windows but no view. Window facing next building left and right. A lot depend on individual preference. To me is OK that's why i stayed for 8 days. Recommendation Yes, would recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh yes, hotel also provide FREE simple breakfast with vending machine coffee and bread from 7-10am. A nice gesture for hotel guest.

Fantastic location, good stay”

Cons Bed was quite hard, 7th floor is without stairs... why?, elevator quite small and only one Pros Rooms were clean, staff especially the bellboy was very very attentive and helpful. Water pressure very good, room was quite eventho hotel located at busy street. Location was ahmazinggg! Walking distance to Lee Garden, very near to Alisan bus office if you come with bus. A lot of halal restaurant nearby. Food never an issue. And 7-11 was around the corner

Housekeeping service need to improve ”

Pros -very close to Lee Garden Plaza (walking distance less than 5mins ) -got a lot of nice food nearby such as chok dee dim sum , ge di kopitam(哥弟茶室）. -easy to get tuk tuk or grab car -super near to main office for alison bus (convenience for those who travel by bus ) -hotel provides malaysia adapter and hair dryer Cons -pillow a bit hard ,feel uncomfortable -feel a bit dusty of the room floor . When step in the room can see some hair still remain on the floor and didn’t been clean up completely. We complained to housekeeping and they manage to clean up immediate but without mopping 😓 -hotel provide Normal slipper to let guest wear it inside the room ,but can feel the slipper a bit sticky ,maybe seldom been washed . Suggestion to hotel -please ensure your housekeeping staff clean room in complete steps and don’t just simply clean the room instead -maybe can change different brand of pillow which is much more softer .

Good location, clean and friendly staff ”

The hotel is located near to Lee Gardens Plaza, easy access to railway station and near to halal restaurants (Hamid and Salma) as well as Kai Tod Restaurant. There are also a few malls nearby. The staff is very friendly. The room is clean and big. Overall, I’m satisfied and enjoyed my stay there. Recommended!

Great Stay!”

It’s hard to find hotel that provides iron facilities when you’re in Hatyai but this hotel has it! The staff are very friendly. They provide complimentary simple breakfast everyday. Location is very strategic, only 5mins walking to Lee Garden. Easy to find tuktuk. We have to leave all our passport at the reception as deposit. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Good location for nearby to Lee Garden Plaza”

Overall was good in condition. Even though the bed sheet is clean,but found a little bit itchy after the stay. The staff was kind and ready to serve you better, but still a little communication error. Facilities was upgraded a lot, some other like bathtub shower head can change to newer as a little bit leak on side of the shower head. Food and shopping at great place around this hotel. Sure will recommend to other on this hotel.

Perfect location ”

The hotel location is just perfect. Lee Garden is at your left and a few halal eateries is just within walking distance. We've been welcoming by a friendly bell man. The check in process also fast. The room is a bit small but clean.

Great Location”

The hotel location is just right beside the Lee Garden Plaza & Central Mall. Although the room is look slightly old fashioned but it's clean. Definitely will recommend to my friend.

Reasonably Priced at Good Location ”

Hotel is located at nearby shopping/market area of Hatyai central. Clean and in orderly manner. Limited car parking space with parking shade. Hotel is also serving complimentary breakfast comprise of toast bread, biscuits, muffin and coffee/tea from Nescafé vending machine. Not much of complaint about this hotel.

Excellent”

Love the location of this hotel. It is walking distance to Kimyong Market and Lee Garden Plaza area. Room was clean and housekeeping was done daily. Wifi was great too. Those who plan to come by Alisan Golden Coach should really consider staying here as it is just right across where the bus would drop you off in Hatyai. The only negative during our stay was the bathroom. It is clean but somehow there was bad odour, which I think came from the drain outlet.

Parking issues”

The hotel is strategically placed. Love the bath tub in each room. All sheets and rooms are clean. Hated the fact that some occupants tend to ignore the no smoking rule but the staff quickly handled the matter. We drove this time so getting a decent parking is a big issue. We had to park streets away to avoid blocking the traffic. Overall a great hotel with very good staff at an excellent location.
