Vicky, the person-in-charge is very amiable. Easy to deal with and thoughtful. There are a lot of things in the place that needs some attention (hygiene and facilities) but overall it was a nice stay.

The owner is so accommodating and so nice. As well as the staff, friendly and so kind. The place is clean and refreshing, let's you rest after your trip. Would definitely come back in the future.

This place is fantastic value for money. We had a great room with aircon, access to fresh drinking water (cold and hot) and coffee. The shower was lovely and warm and the aircon worked really well. Sam was a super helpful host sorting out transfers, scooter hire and booking us in for another night when my wife was unwell with food poisoning and offering to help with medicine as well. The only major downside was that Sam has 2 dogs that are kept on leads most of the time and they barked a lot. We were woken up most nights and then kept awake from 6am each morning. For this reason we would hesitate to go back but it would be a perfect place to stay if this issue was addressed.

Nice Host - Recommended”
We had a little interaction with the host but I would say he is a nice host. Whenever we got a chance to talk with each other, he manage to ask us if we are okay and such. We had a late check in and he waited for us. He is easy to talk to. the location is a bit far with where we need to go to but not a total problem. Value for money, quiet and very relaxing place! Would love to go back! :)

I went there around 8:30pm, followed google maps which led me to a dead end. I was told that they were waiting for me, but there were no clear signs where this hotel was located. I couldn’t get a refund so I hope I was able to extend some help to you.

Me and my friend was really overwhelmed how very accomodating Sam was .he allowed us to make changes with our booking dates without any dramas. His place is perfect to relax in the middle of the city. Very nice place. Big room and bathroom. Comfy and clean pillows and linens. Sorta clean. Room was nice. I suspect the sheets used werent new, it smelled. We stayed there for one night only, it was in a rush and room was cheap. so we were not picky

The Owner, Sam, was very accomodating and friendly. He even gave us on the spot discount when we added one room. He prepared some welcome orange juice drinks and made sure that the rooms are clean and neat. You pay less, but get more. I will surely recommend this place to my friends and family.

If it is your first time in Duma, better use google maps to locate the place to avoid going back and forth in the main road. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and families. Pros +very nice owner +even at this rate there was breakfast, was an egg sandwich and instant coffee served to our room +nice big garden space +air-conditioned rooms +water heater in toilet +cozy Cons -the faucets, shower heads were starting to rust -when we came, room was not ready yet -far from the center All in all I would say the place is perfect for guests who wants a place outside the noise of the city and probably who have rented their own bike/car.

Enfin un endroit où tu peux te reposer ! Sam et sa famille sont aux petits soins pour vous, d’une gentillesse incroyable, ils vous aideront pour tout. Là clim dans les chambre, l’eau chaude et pas de bruit avant 9h du matin que demander de plus. Un scooter, ils en ont aussi, le Laundry vous pouvez aussi, le repas du soir vous pouvez le demander. Quand à la distance du centre ville 30minutes à pieds, vous pouvez prendre un touktouk pour 60-80pesos à deux. Au top, je recommande.
