The facilities at the house was not good. ”
Washing machine can't be used. The door can't lock. House was dusty and musty smell. The service was bad since they can't understand English well it was hard to communicate with them

We booked a 2bedroom apt and were given a completely different apartment with sparser decors. When asked the owner said they 'upgraded' us to a 3 bedroom apt. But we are 1 adult and 2 kids, why would we need so many bedrooms?!! If the said apartment is not available please don't put it up on Agoda to deceive people to book and then give a different apt to them!
