Everything is new&clean. We got balcony, big bed room, small safe for money and even kitchen. Very kind staff and good location to walk to the beautiful beach, 24hrs seven eleven, nice restaurants. Also it's a bit away from main road, so i could sleep very well. It was really lucky that i found this perfect house in Koh lanta. And you will be the luckiest person if you find this brand new house.

We had such a nice stay in Samanti Best House and really enjoyed it. Daniel is a very nice host, helpful, friendly and and organized. The hotel is cosy and quiet place, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. This time we could only stay one night, but we will definitely come back. The hotel is brand new, it has just opened 1-2 weeks before our check-in. Its owner, Daniel, did all the best to ensure we had a good time. Rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable. Value for money definitely. Also would fit those who need a long term since each room has its own kitchen!

We booked 3 rooms for the family and our stay was super great. Rooms were big, confortable, clean and nice. The only 'problem' is that if you have noisy neighbors, you can hear them through the walls.

Good point to start your explorations of the surroundings. The beach and some bars/restaurants are just walking distance. The area around the apartments is quiet - I like that and it was my personal USP as i had to catch some sleep from the last couple of traveling weeks though :-) Rooms are clean and personal is helping you out with any questions.

We stayed here one week and really enjoyed our stay. Staff was excellent and room was cleaned every day. They also arranged a scooter for us. Perfect shower with hot water and good water pressure. Bed was comfy but there weren’t any bedside lamps. Well worth the money! Only not so nice thing was the loud chinese neighbours, the staff tried everything to keep them quiet, but...

Etwas Abseits vom Strand gelegen, ca. 5 Minuten mit Roller....für mich aber sehr gut aufgrund der nächtlichen Ruhe.. Die Betreiber haben immer ein Tip für Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Auf jeden Fall zu Empfehlen...werde selbst auch wiederkommen. Daumen hoch..

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhätnis. Grosse Unterkunft die alles hat was man braucht. Sehr nettes Betreiberpaar sie gaben auch wetvolle Anregungen und Tips was man noch alles zusätzlich unternehmen kann. geben sich wircklich mühe das der Gast sich wohlfühlt. (Er Spricht unter anderen auch Deutsch). Wir wollten spontan noch eine 2 Woche bleiben war leider nur noch 4 Tage möglich.

Schönes neues Hostel”
Daniel ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er und seine thailändische Frau sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Es könnte ein paar mehr Steckdosen geben, bzw. könnten die vorhandenen günstiger angebracht sein. Die Küche ist gut gedacht, aber auch hier gab es Probleme mit der einzigen zu hoch angebrachten Steckdose. Da die Anlage aber ganz neu ist, wird sich das Eine oder Andere noch geben. Die Anlage liegt ruhig, aber doch nah am Strand (gut 300m) und an vielen Restaurants. Daniel hat uns sofort geholfen, eine private Tour mit einem Longtailboat zu organisieren, als wir ihn gefragt haben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden bei dem guten Preis-Leistungs-verhältnis wiederkommen.

Absolut sauber, modern eingerichtet (WiFi, ...), preislich super, ca. 300m bis zu Strand, sehr zu empfehlen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder aufsuchen!

Neuer Geheimtipp”
Das Samati Best House ist absolut empfehlenswert. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage aber trotzdem nicht weit vom Schuss. Es war alles äusserst sauber und gepflegt, WIFI tadellos - Aircondition auch - kein Wunder die Unterkunft ist brandneu ;) Ich werde wiederkommen - versprochen!
