Great stay!”

This is a very pleasant hotel with history and atmosphere. Like many older onsen hotels, parts of it do look a bit aged, but it's aged better than most. Room was clean and well appointed, and although the bath area is simply designed, the spring is a strong one and feels great. Breakfast was very tasty and staff was courteous. A bit far from Kochi station but close to the castle and other sights.

優雅な3連休”

今回2泊で、お世話になりました。 繁華街から、少し離れた川沿いの立地の為、静かでお庭も美しく優雅なお宿でした。 大浴場は広く、サウナも有りシャワーブースも多いので、ゆったり温泉を楽しめました。 朝食は、高知色があり美味しかったです。 洋室ツインのお部屋でしたが、少々狭くクローゼットも無いためスーツケースを置く場所に困り女性は身仕度し辛い感じがしました。 その他は、大変満足です。高知滞在、今迄は利便性をとってビジネスホテルでしたが、次回から三翠園さんに宿泊したいと思います。

シングルルームは、今のビジネスホテルに劣るところもあるが、朝食、風呂等において挽回している感がある。(タバコの臭いが染み付いているのは老舗のせいでしょう)

宿泊予約した際に部屋のタイプを誤って予約したのですが、フロントの方が機転を利かせてくれて、家族全員で宿泊予できる和室にチェンジして貰えました。 朝食も美味しくメニューも豊富、ただ温泉がカルキ臭が強く、その点が残念でした。

客室の作りが古すぎます。清掃はいきとどいて綺麗です。客室もリノベーションされていて綺麗ですが、水回りや、客室の広さは昔のままなので古い感じがします。 この程度であれば、料金が安くて、新しいホテルが近くにあるので、そちらの方がいいと思います。
