Had a wonderful stay... They are usually fully occupied but still doesn't fail to treat their customers on time. Breakfast was really good and enjoyable even for kids.

Have stayed here several times. Nice clean place that is conveniently located from my place of work. Has a Spa and a Gym. Pretty good breakfast options too. Recommended.

Comfortable, clean and convenient ”
I stayed for 6 days, once the weak wifi was sorted out I had a marvellous stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were comfortable, I was concerned about the shower over the bath, but my bathroom had assistances rails for safety. The room service, housekeeping and laundry were excellent and breakfast provided was very good and a nice variety. I recommend the onsite restaurant, the service is good and the food excellent.

Located near to the main highway, so a convenient place to travel to and from in Thane. The room rate is about what I would expect to pay for a good standard of accommodation, the room was very clean, comfortable and in a good state of repair. Staff overall were friendly and helpful, however on check-out a mistake was made and we were asked to pay extra for double occupancy, even though we had already paid for this while booking. The food was good, and there is a bar. I was looking forward to having a swim, but the poor condition of the pool put me off.

Booked satkar residency thru agoda, but I dint find space to Enter my company and GST detail, even dint received invoice from Agoda, Pls avoid booking hotels or flights thru agoda. Satkar residency is good , food is also very good.

This place has a nice location on the main road but, that’s the only decent thing about this. Unfortunately this won’t be a value for your money. The staff isn’t professional, especially the room service staff ,the service is extremely slow and the cleanliness is just about above average. It seemed like they are understaffed and hence everything was really really slow. Upon checking-in there’s no usher there to guide you to the rooms in their poorly light lobby and doorways. There was a constant smell in the washroom and seems like the refrigerator in the room was broken and hence that was stinking as well. The breakfast buffet has a good spread but to be honest the plates kept for breakfast seemed unclean as well. All in all,it is far off from being called a top end hotel.
