Excellent”

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel close to a large shopping center. . The room is comfortable and spacious. The cleanliness of this hotel is excellent. The employees are very symphatiques. The value for money is good .. Go there. Perfect.

Clean & Functional”

The GPS location of the hotel is slightly incorrect: it is 5-minutes walk distant. The room is large and clean. Wifi is fast 20 Mb download and 8 Mb upload. The room can also be rented @ 6,000 baht/month ($200). Nice place close to large Mall & Tesco. You just have to find it!

Excellent value for money”

This is a fantastic budget hotel. It's almost brand new, very modern and superbly clean. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is huge, with a comfortable, firm mattress. Air con worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a small shop in the reception area. No kettle in the room, but hot water available downstairs. Wifi worked well, with download speeds between 1 & 6 Mbps. Can be a little hard to find first time, but tuk tuk drivers at the train station know where it is. Take the hotel phone number just in case so that the tuk tuk driver can call for directions. About 1 km from the train station. Less than 1 km to one of Korat's best shopping malls (The Mall).

Great stay ”

The place is within walking distance to eateries, mall and 5 minutes away from 7 eleven. As well it’s away from the main road hence peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious, with toiletries and towels provided. There is a wardrobe, gromming table, outdoor sink which I reckon to wash utensils and even a Chinese channel on TV. Laundry can be done either with them or coin machine which is just 1 minute away (no dryer though). Khream and Nat, which I managed to interact with during my stay, were really warm and both had a pleasant demeanour.

Budget, but excellent value.”

The staff were very helpful throughout. Weird a minor problem in our first room, half way through our four night stay. No problem... Instantly changed rooms, no issue to the management. The rooms are on the basic side, but roomy. The beds are on the firm side as is common throughout Thailand but the linen fresh and clean. It's very handy to the Mall, but beware, the big vacant block that provides a great shortcut is home to packs of dogs which can seem a little threatening at different times of the day. (Not the hotels responsibility, I stress.) There are endless eating options within a short walk. Good sized bathroom. Cupboard . Table and two stools plus a handkerchief sized balcony. I preferred the even numbered room which gave a view across to the Mall. For the price it's well worth considering!

stopped for 1 night to break up a long drive”

Called the phone number provided as we approached the city of korat. She gave us pinpoint directions. Hotel is off the main road and can be found on own but will take some effort. Nothing too much around there but did manage to find "korat 100 year market" (5-10 minute walk) and found excellent local food for dinner. Did not go to The Mall but that appears to be only a 5 minute walk. Will definitely stay here again if the chance arises in the future.

It was good to stay”

I reserved one night but I extend to stay 4 nights. With google map you can find easily. Bus from bangkok stops the mall which locate 6~7 mins to walk. If you want to spend night entertainment in korat, stay near Ginza entertainment area(search from google map) here is calm place. Don't forget to visit korat zoo. You can see the white tiger(sungtaewoo for zoo can take in front of bridge of the mall) Anyway Do I recommend this place? Of course I do!

lovely little place and for 450B a night fantastic, clean, big room, balcony, fab wifi, second stay their, only thing i would say is the locks on the balcony doors did not work all the time, but when ur 5 floors up thats no big deal

was okay for a night”

just needed a place to rest after a rather long Bus journey, and this place did the Job for an affordable price. walking distance to THE MALL, which was the main reason why I chose it. keep in mind that the actual building is set back from the road which confused me at first. to get around you can use Sawngthaews or Grab, which unlike at touristic places in Thailand is very cheap in Korat

Excellent value for your money”

The staff were nice, always ready to help even if they speak the English language little. Location was quiet even if it was just walking distance to the biggest mall in Khorat and the main highway. Affordable for a very spacious room and the place looks newly built.

Good clean and beyond expectation”

I was a satisfied customer and the staffs were wondrful. The place is little hard to find but asking the locals would definitely help. The place is clean, the rooms are big well furnished and very quiet.

Paying for 2 extra pillows....??”

I go yo Korat from Bangkok every two weeks and I have written a long letter before. But once again , my only complaint really is this......in all my years if travel , I have never paid for 2 extra pillows , if available..!! So why this hotel.? Everything else is faultless , but I guess its a small price to pay.. Also someone should learn to answer my emails in full... NOT JUST YES....always, when I have asked specific questions.... WILL HOWEVER ALWAYS STAY THERE........Its great...!!!

Best Value and location for the money.”

This is my hotel of choice in Korat. I take the bus from Bangkok (Moi chit) to Korat's Mall. I get out at the Mall, and walk a short walk to the hotel.. do not use taxi's. Unlike Bangkok, the taxi's do not use their Meters. So, everything they quote you is 3 times to much. But leaving this hotel to get to the bus terminal #2. I use a taxi they call for me. It's 100 THB for a 50b ride...but what the hell... The staff is always helpful. They have a little Mini store down stairs. so you can get cup of soups and hot tea/coffee. There is an AWESOME family owned restaurant just down the end of their driveway. Awesome food for cheap. I eat all my meals there now. If I move to Korat, I could see renting one of their rooms for month to month lease.

Nice place”

Room was 500 baht a night & really huge & perfectly clean. The location was alright, being close to The Mall shopping centre & a 10 minute walk from the train station, though it is a bit far from the main city centre. Would stay again.

Good Place”

Very esay to get to Korat the Mall. There is a shuttle in the parking lot close to Sawai riang place. this one is not hotel but condominium and very new.

Super Value”

For the money you can not loose. Big clean room. I was in corner room. Windows two sides. Strong water pressure and the shower did not back up. Super nice staff, Fon. They sell snacks. Easy walk to the Mall. Softer bed than normal hard Thai bed. Bedding and towels near new, very clean and smelled good. Only negative, no chair or night stand or place to lay your suit case. I used the vanity stool for my suitcase But for the location and money you can not loose.

good location, hard to find”

I drove past twice as the signage is in Thai, not English, and in the end I had to park my car and compare the phone number on the sign to the phone number on my booking sheet. The hotel (really condos/apartments) are down a small alley like driveway, but once found it was ok. There was ample parking, which was one of my main criteria, and it is a short walk from both The Mall Korat and Tesco Lotus. The room was average sized, comfortable and had all the basics for a short stay, although clearly it's set up mainly for long stay with vacant rooms let out for short stayers. It's nice and handy, reasonably priced and comfortable, but if you're a foreigner you'll have a little difficulty with check in. Worth considering.

Clean & big room, convenient location ”

Pleasant as always - this place is my usual bed in Korat whenever it's available; the Hotel is frequently fully booked which tells the popularity thereof.

Good for the price”

Very clean and comfortable room. Good facilities and pleasant staff. Front office has snacks, drinks and beer and there is also a shortcut at the back of the hotel through a car park to the Mall. It's a little difficult to find, down a drive way just opposite a cell phone tower. Would stay here again, no problem.
