Our Suite is fully furnished and are of hotel standard. It is located on 12th Floor and is very close to the City Center, making it suitable for business travelers, families, and foreign travelers.

It features several facilities such as swimming pool and Gymnasium.

Basic Hotel amenities such as: iron, hair dryer, kettle, fridge, towels and toiletries are provided. Complimentary Coffee & Tea are also provided too.

The bedroom setting is as follows:-

House Rules Compliance with these Rules at the Property is compulsory. Failure to adhere to the below stated Rules may result in additional charges, forfeiture of security deposit or eviction. 1. Check-in & Check-out Arrangement a. Check-in is after 3 pm; and Check-out is before 11 am 2. Noise & the Neighbourhood a. Guests are obligated to keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties especially during night time hours (e.g. 11 pm – 8 am), and upon arrival and departure. 3. Losses & Damages a. Any loss or damage to the Property during the Guests' stay must be remedied by the Guest or deducted from the Guests' security deposit. For every lost towel, RM 20 will be imposed or deducted from the Guest’s security deposit. b. For every access card lost during the Guest’s stay, RM 200 will be imposed or deducted from the Guest’s security deposit. 4. Well-Beings a. Whenever Guests leave the Property, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed, or locked, to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. b. Guests shall switch-off electronics such as lights, air conditioning, televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. Any cutlery used shall be cleaned and placed back to its original position. 5. Restrictions a. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Property. b. No pet is allowed in the Property. 6. Parking a. Guest who are driving must comply with the parking regulations set by the Property Management, i.e. one card, one entry. Duplicate entry will results in a fine of RM 200 by the Management. 7. Illegal Activities a. Any activity which the Law of Malaysia deems illegal shall not be conducted at the Property. Any illegal activities will be reported to the relevant enforcement authority immediately. 8. Limited Liabilities a. The Property Management shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or negligence occurred during the Guests’ stay. 9. Security Deposit a. A refundable security deposit of RM 200 will be collected before check-in and will be refunded to the Guest upon check-out on the condition that no loss, damage or negligence was done to the Property.
