Room is not clean. A lot of small cockroach in the room and toilet. Toilet with bad smell. Won’t stay here again.

Location not good. Not worth the price”
It is 15 min drive from from First world. We didn't manage to grab any ride after 7.30pm. We ended up spent RM 60 taxi fare for that 15min ride. Smelly toilet and many small cockroaches.

Nice clean place but a little small”
The unit i got for 4 pax in a room with 2 double beds had very minimal walking space. Very small area and limited space to put luggage/stuffs. More like a hotel room, instead of an apartment unit.

Worst experience ever”
This unit is managed by an individual not the ion delemen hotel and the unit is full cockroaches. The person who is in charge said i can cancel the booking and refund it. However, after that, they refused to refund the payment and avoiding my msgs. This should not be listed in agoda!

Stay Clam and Relax for 2-Nights”
If you are into relaxing and clam, then this is good spot for you. We went in a group consist of 4pax. The unit belongs to private owner. So you are required to contact the owner a day before arrival to avoid any uncertain. This is to ease the owner to surrender the access cards for room and parking upon your arrival. U may get the contact number of the owner upon completion of your booking or contact our friendly Agoda customer care to obtain the owner's contacts. The unit furnished with 2-double beds, small kitchen with utensils, a microwave, mini fridge, iron board, small kitchen, balcony with beautiful view facing 1-World Hotel. We stayed at 34th Floor, with chilling ambient, mist, and beautiful scenery from Balcony able to see KLCC peak during night time. We had a simple cooking and have a relaxing time with friends after long gap. Kinda reunion for us and we are expecting a place to stay to chit-chat while relaxing. Eventually, this place made our day. We not even switch-on the AC as the ambient temperature was really chilling. The owner was very friendly and good. Housekeeping been done on daily basis @ 2pm. Overall the experience staying here not a disappointment. We planning to visit again for next occasions.

worst ever”
Am a regular traveller and stayed in many homestay...This is the worst experience ever. First of all ,check in was a big hassle. No proper instructions given. Room card only given one . The room smell horrible. There were many small crocrockes in the toilet amd around the fridge area. The shower gel were bad. cultery provided are all odd and not clean. The furniture some were broken and not working properly. I think owner has no interest to improve the unit. Maybe agoda can remove the property to avoid further unfortunate travellers. check out also a pain. don't know where to return the room and parking cards. Please avoid this unit if possible.

Unable to check in when arrived, uncontactable to the staff. Contact details in email is wrong. No email information had sent out for the check-in guide. Received welcome email only after check out. What a joke.

Kerapkali diliputi kabus dan bila kabus hilang, pemandangan sangat cantik. Berada di tingkat 34, agak sayup jika meandang ke bawah..tidak sesuai bagi yang gayat. Bilik besar dan bersih.
