owner is super friendly and really helpful. the rooms are not big, but great terrace with beautiful views onto the ocean and mainland. quiet location but walking distance from restaurants and shops.

was a bit weary of the surroundings at first, but it is quite ok. and inside you’re in a little haven anyway.

some insects in the room, room bit small, wifi on/off but it's expected on thai islands, bit noisy with roaster waking up at 4am and the dog at 5am, but this is local life !

For us it was perfect. If you are more the resort-type-of-person please dont go here, because it wont be your thing and you will ruin it with bad reviews. This is a pretty authentic little house buildt on stilts. There are 4 rooms next to each other, simple but with everything you need: warm water shower, big fridge, AC, bed with seaview, screendoor/glass door to the terrace, so you can lie in bed feeling the wind and listening to the waves without moskitos getting in (or close the doors if you need the AC) and the Terrace with sunchairs a bench a small table for breakfast and some beautiful flowers. At high tide the water is underneath the terrace :) The host is GREAT, she does everything to make your stay nice,  asking what exactly you would like for breakfast everyday (we mostly had fresh fruit) and she even made us a snack package with sticky rice and fruit on the day we left :) She can also organize tickets for the boat etc. Koh Mook is a very nice island. For us it was the perfect mixture of very few tourists (covid times) and more authentic village life with local families. You can walk to the other side (charlie beach) or take a side car ride with the locals for 50Baht per person We loved the good restaurants like Good Luck Restaurant, Sugar's and PP And if you want to book a tour, make sure you go to this awesome guy called "Jes" (don't pronounce the s) his tour office PK Tours is in/next to the little convenience shop/supermarket (PK market?) When you are coming from the pier walk 100m and on the right side. He booked us a half day snorkeling trip to emerald cave and koh kradan with multiple snorkling stops by longtail boat. It was great.

the owner of this place is great! She’s so nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to stay in Seaside home. It has a wonderful window view!

We have been for the second time after almost 4 years and it was amazing again. The host is such a generous and kind person. The small bungalows are very clean and have everything you need. You can drink your coffee and have some nice fruit in the morning on the small veranda in front of the beach. It‘s very simple but that‘s what makes it so charming. You live just next to the friendly locals, which always greet you woth a smile. This place is better then any resort, and worth to support because you get a wonderful feeling of how the island and the people really are. We also want to thank the lovely host for lending her motorbike for a very good price to us and helping us in any way she could.

Super friendly staff, we had a feeling of being at home. Perfect view from the room, nice terasse, everything very clean. Complimentary tea and coffee and water was a very nice plus. Location much more authentic than around resorts.

The room we stayed in was quite small and toilet walls didn't go up to the ceiling, so can be tricky if you have more than one person staying in the same room and you're sensitive to privacy.

The location was wonderful, you can sit out on the deck and listen to the waves under your room, great view of the mainland. The room was the smallest we stayed in on our trip, but we were given a choice of room and choose the smaller room because it had a deck right outside. The owner was lovely, very helpful and ensured you had everything you needed. The room was always offered to be cleaned everyday if you want. There was tea and coffee available all day in the lounge area.

Lovely host; quiet, peaceful and friendly place - it really did feel like a home but with complete privacy as well. The owner even cooked dinner for us all (twice) after two guests went fishing and caught a big haul! The location was great as well right on the sea front. We would have stayed longer if we could and would definitely go back.

Nothing. Room was on the small side and some more storage space would have been nice, but location more than made up for it and it was good value overall.

This place was great! It was a small and cosy little in, located close to the Pier of Koh Mook. All the rooms has seaside view with their own little terrace. The staff and owner is so kind and friendly. Beside the perfect place to stay, they also arranged the most wonderful snorkling- and fishing excursions. And then the owner cooked the most amazing dinner of the fished we caught. Stay here if you are visiting Koh Mook!

A Nice resort, on a thai Island , we love to stay there, the owner is amazing, help whit everything , always coffee, bread, fruit, and a fantastic service , we rent a Bike, and Got , water fruit, Beach madras, and what we need for a Day on the Beach, a fantastic small resort in the lokal thailand❤️

The bed was uncomfortable. Based on the location, the price was right but overpriced for accommodations.

Manager was very helpful and along with Birthday her dog very welcoming

First of all The Owner is really nice, helpfull lady. She took care about us very well. THANK YOU! We got coffe and scramble eggs for breakfast.

Should be that room1 is charged at a different rate to other sea view rooms as it is bigger and has double aspect. It should be clear that the others are really small.

Owner/host is great, she helps you with everything. It is close to the pier and walking distance to the ”city”. Bed was nice, A/C works well, back terrace is really nice to hang. Rooms are small but we didnt need space because you can nicely sleep there and terrace helps perfectly. Restaurants, stores etc walking distance.

Toilet/shower is pretty small, we didnt have issue with that but some might have.

Our host was very helpful. We used her Yamaha to move around. A free breakfast was offered for goodbye, all perfectly arranged.

Small room but at the end this is not a problem on hols.

Exceptionally located on the shore of this paradise island with nobody around: absolute peace. The sound of the waves at night makes you fall asleep with the sensation of being floating over the ocean. And the sunrise view from your bed is a unique, stunning emotion.

This place is heavenly. Can't think of anything better.
