The hotel situated near all the necessities such as LRT station, food stalls, convenience store etc. The room is ideal for families & for those who seek a little comfort in town. Good job Seeds Hotel. Definitely will come back again.

Adequate and comfortable for short stays”

Stayed in the Double Room. Room is small and cosy for 2 people. Room comes with towels, TV, AC, clothing rack, hairdryer, shampoo and body shampoo, and toilet paper. If you need iron and ironing board, it can be requested at the reception. I found both the bedroom and bathroom to be very clean, the ventilation in the bathroom works so it dries the area quickly. My only issue would be the AC's cleanliness, the accumulated dust trapped inside the AC blew out when the AC is switched on. Thankfully it was only in small quantities. The hotel staff there is friendly and quick to assist. The area the hotel is situated is quiet and slightly dark but has ample parking space. There are nearby local restaurants too, it looked to be pretty busy with late night customers.

Value for Money and Clean”

I have stayed in this hotel several times due to the closeness to LRT station (need to reach to a place very early in the morning). I noticed that the cleanliness is better than some of other more expensive hotels that I have stayed in. Maybe it is also due to the small size room that makes it easier to clean. Anyway, kudos to the cleaners :-)

You get what you pay for. I recommend this hotel for short stay. The main reason I booked this place is due to the close distance with train station (LRT Setiawangsa). I booked a double room , it is a simple room with basic amenities and no window. The room and shower is quite small in size, but it is expected based on the price.

There are still so many ants at the table top underneath the t.v. even there is no sweet stuffs on the desk at all. Pls make a more effective pest control action for that room. Tq..!

On the night of my arrival, i was surprised by the condition of the hotel. Outside the hotel, i can see rats loitering around. The check-in process was also slow. The condition of the room is dirty and unpleasant. The aircond is not working and there is only one fan equipped in the room that accomodate four people. The lighting is also very dim. We can barely see anything in the room. Avoid this hotel at all cost.
