This apartment is great for relaxing from the hustle and bustle of the city, the space is very comfortable, spacious and the sea view is very pleasant and all the staff are very nice and helpful during my stay there. Thank you all! This place is located not far from Tekek town about 4.8km walk for more than 1 hour. Selesa Tioman Apartment also provides motorbike rentals to make it easy to get around. There are 2 beaches close to this Apartment, you only need to walk in 15 - 20 minutes. Overall very satisfying!

The best accommodation and location for relaxation”
make sure before you check in to the hotel call for a hotel. buy what you need because the location of this hotel is far from the jetty. This hotel is best for guests who want tranquility and peace. Transport is small issue as the hotel provides motorcycles for rent. Staff very friendly and helpfully. Well worth the stay at this hotel. If you do not want to ask the hotel staff it will be uncomfortable for you to stay in Tioman but if you ask for a vacation you will be one of the best memories in the hotel and throughout Tioman. Thanks.

For the price we've paid - great (about 70rm per night). The staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was huge, but everything was sooo old. I think we lived alone in this huge hotel). The hotel is located on the outskirts, you need to go to it through Berjaya (it was closed at that time, the guards opened the barrier, but one was not very friendly, and said that we could not go back and forth as much as we wanted, only once from the hotel and back). You need go to the beach about 15 minutes or go Berjaya beach (about 5-10 minutes through golf course). Our favorite activity during the trip to/from the hotel was to count all monitor lizards)

Fantastic Staff and Value for Money ”
Selesa lived up to expectations according to the good reviews here. It was ideal for us with younger kids because the rooms were much larger than other places with the same budget and it has a really good pool. The best part of the experience by far has to be the management and staff though. Ibrahim Noor & Lenny were just so polite and friendly the whole time and couldn’t be more helpful and kind! We were so touched on our last night when they gave us a cake with lovely wording! A really sincere touch. As mentioned in the reviews we expected the frequent travel to the nearby town, but it really wasn’t an issue because there was always transport readily available as well as a regular free shuttle service. The beach further up (15 mins walk) made it all the more worthwhile as it was away from any crowds and just really peaceful and kid friendly (no waves). So all in all we were very happy and found it to be excellent value for money give the very spacious mini apartment!

A good place to unwind at a resort next to a golf club & intact beaches. Shuttle service provide on regular schedules. Resort has various activities to suit your taste. The new Cook done a splendid job for the nice dishes.

1. Have cooking facilities . some room has cooking stove. All rooms have rice cookerµwave 2. Condo concept . Thus have separate rooms and living room with sofa and dining table. 3. Rooms have nice seaview and large swimming pool. Really peaceful with privacy 3. Location reachable to Kg Tekek town towards right & a beautiful clean and crystal clear water with a small island reachable during low tide towards left. Some other bay is secluded which means difficult to find food/restaurant and away from duty free store. From Selesa Tioman towards right you will pass Berjaya Hotel. At Berjaya Hotel entrance , there are one Malay and one Chinese Restaurant next to beach. 4. There is hourly shuttle . Just wait at the lobby and let the counter know. 5. Staff is real friendly and ready to help . The manager will make you feel at home. 6. You can purchase Island Hopping from front desk or purchase from Kg Tekek Town. 7. I was hopping they had buffet breakfast

Hidden private beach”
The location of the hotel is a bit far from everything but round trip can be arrange to Berjaya or Tekek for RM5 per person which is affordable. The hotel staff are very friendly. The free breakfast is not very good. We had our meals at Berjaya or Tekek. There is no wifi in room, wifi in common area is slow even when no other visitor is using it and no data connection anywhere in the hotel. Do bring along your own toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, toothbrush and etc which are not provided. You can borrow hairdryer and thumb drive for movies to watch from hotel reception. The highlight of our trip is when we found a private beach further up around 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel which is really nice as not many people. Overall, it is a relaxing experience.

Staff very friendly and supportive. Noo is very nice guy. Is about 5km from Tetek, but staff will take you to main village for 20 rigit return. taxi from town 30 one way.need add this cost for your stay. Peaceful place, great for someone who want relax from civilisation. 15min walk towards Paya is lovely beach,very quite.take a stick to be safe from monkeys as a lot of them there. Breakfast very nice they tried to serve something different .

Good Budget Option”
This place is a real mixed bag. There are a variety of owners within the complex. Some of the units appear to have been abandoned and the decks are falling into the forest with air-conditioners long rusted out. The general standard of maintenance is poor. It would appear that only decent rooms are made available to customers. Our room had largely been renovated in recent times. Things like rotting doors in pool side toilets do not look great. However, the parts of the establishment that get attention, such as the pool and reception areas, are in reasonable condition. The pool is large and the water clear. The staff were the best thing about the place - laid back but super friendly. Make no mistake it is a long way out to Selesa and the shuttle arrangements are haphazard . The breakfasts are basic but good enough. Lunch and dinner involve the shuttle to Berjaya Resort which gives access to 2 great restaurants outside the resort gates. Local beach is a bit of a walk but very nice.

Nice Beach getaway”
Selesa is a great beach getaway. Walk 10 minutes down a jungle path to an almost private beach with great snorkelling and swimming. The pool at Selena is great and quite large with a children’s pool and small playground for kids. Transportation is a small issue but for only 10 ringgit they will give you a ride to Tekek for restaurants and grocery shopping and they will pick you up and drop off at the ferry terminal upon arrival. Overall a nice stay with big rooms, an extra bedroom for kids, sleeps 4 well if children. We have been before and will return again. The buffet at the Berjaya is great food and the chinese restaurant outside Berjaya gate is good. For breakfast at Selesa the western breakfast is fine and they have a small menu if you prefer to not go out. You can rent a scooter in Tekek, multiple places for 80 ringgit and ride to Juana and eat lunch at the Chinese restaurant serve cold Chang beer and visit the waterfall.
