The staff at Seranin Gordon were very helpful with any enquiries that we had & also allowed us to have an early check in. The hotel was very clean with excellent amenities. It was great value for money & I would highly recommend the Seranin to anyone.

Small rooms”

If u only intend to sleep in the room then size is ok. Otherwise rooms are too small. Also seems stupid to have air conditioning at lowest temp possible so you can sleep albeit hotly with a Kosiosco grade doona.. parking is a Tenner per night

Great value and convenient”

Was staying overnight for a conference two weekends in a row. Was very convenient location, easy 400m walk to shops. Very clean, and modern albeit basic accommodation but had everything I needed and staff were very friendly. Great value and can get underground parking for just $10 a night. Would stay there again

Clean and new but lacking some comforts. ”

Very basic hotel but felt new and clean which I appreciated. Staff were polite and helpful in getting us a remote for the TV. Milk in fridge was very out of date (and congealed in my tea), blinds didn't quite cover the edge of the window so it was a bit too light all night for my liking and there was no cloth/dishwashing liquid to clean the crockery and cutlery. Also had to pay a parking fee which I hadn't realised when booking. All up I could have stayed closer to my destination for the same price when parking was included.

No receptionist. Tidy bed not ideal for a couple or long stay. Dirty walls was yuck. No face washers. Not much milk. Window did not open, didn’t know motel was right on the train line

Very good”

Stay was great for the price, and the location good. Sadly the bed was uncomfortable, way too soft, and the room was part way thru renovations, there were multiple trip hazards with so many pieces of carpet on the floor.
