Wasnt assigned to my own locker. No locker was given. Air con had musky smell. Probably overdue for cleaning and room wasnt ventilated enough. Bed was ok i guess. 1 pillow and 1 thin blanket. Went out and come back and found 2 lizard shit on the bed. Flooring outside toilet were disgusting. Floor mat were soaked. Im not a clean freak and not afraid of dirt. But the toilet disgust me. Agoda should delist them.

Dear Guest we extremely apologise for the problems you need to face during your stay. since 1st December new management has taken over the place and your coments are very important to us as we are at the verge if totaly renovate the hostel and change it to a totaly new and friendly place for out guests . Regards
Worst experience in my whole life”
First of all I would like to thank my dear brother Abdulrahman the Reception Manager for his support and kindness, then I would never get back there again because I’ve had the worst experience ever, I literally found bed bugs in the place I used to sleep and that was the last day of my stay before checking out hence it was really awkward I couldn’t even get the chance to wash my cloths or to find an immediate solution thus I piled my belongings in a huge rubbish bag and stored them carefully in my luggage. I was absolutely frightened because this was my first exposure to such issues. Toilets / Showers / Kitchen .... etc. Out of order. Please don’t even think about it.
