This hotel knows the needs of their guests. Bottled water, water heater, coffee cups with spoon (!), a minibar (small refrigerator!). It has also around a dozen cable channels, which is a vast improvement from the 3 or 4 locals-only channels in other hotels, and wifi is fast, too. I will be back to this hotel the next time I return to kota damansara.

Pro - Many restaurant around the hotel..near to shopping mall..2nd time staying at the hotel as the room is very clean & comfortble.. Cons - no hair dryer & bad sound proof (can hear people laughing from the other room) Overall was okay. Will stay here again next time

the room was spacious and clean. bit the there were only 3 tv channels available. this hotel has a parking space designated for costumers which is a pluss to the hotel. did not get the chance to try their breakfirst.

Overall the stay was okay. Do not have any complaints on the room. The room is great. Just channel for TV not varieties, the breakfast very2 simple and better to having outside. Quite difficult to get parking at the hotel is shop lots.

A different room”

This time around I got a smaller room, without windows, which I wasn't expecting from the Agoda profile photos. Although the interior of the room was clean and decent, the absence of windows gave the 'imprisoning' feel, which was a little disappointing.

For the location, room size, room amenities, the shower water stream strength and water heater power, at the price tag, nothing to complaint.

Affordable Stay”

Small but comfy room. The bathroom door is a bit transparent. It maybe a little bit uncomfortable for some people who stays here. There's a fridge, electric kettle and TV in a room. Restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean room”

The bathroom flush did not stop after the flush while we checked in late afternoon. By morning it was not able to b flushed. Did not ask to change room as we checkout straight after breakfast. Overall, good staff responsiveness and attentive.

strategically located to an MRT station and a lot of food outlets/restaurants around the place. the room is equipped with refrigerator, a flat screen TV and even coffee was provided. value for money - highly recommended.

THE STAFF EXTRA CHARGED THE CUSTOMER”

They charged me with the price that didn't state in the receipt nor booking. Their excused were They don't accept changes because of that they round off the price of the room. My rooms were priced at RM 222.75 (inc with taxes and fees) and he charges me with RM223 (extra 25 cent were not in the receipt). It is not acceptable to me because I am not willing to pay at that price and he forced me. We were in a bit of argument until he agreed to accept 75 cents. Bad attitude. No hotel should take extra charges from what is already stated in the receipt without the customer consent to giving. Overall for the room, it is clean and comfortable to stay.

Cons: elevator not at ground floor, need to asked for help always. The room don’t have night light and no AC remote control. Pro: good location and staff were friendly and helpful.

The windows in my room need to be repaired urgently (201). Anyone who open and close it strongly will cause the window to detach and fall to the ground floor below car parking area

The family room for 4 adults is consider comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel is affordable. The distance of the hotel to the nearest MRT is around 10 mins walk and the road condition are not good for walking.

Don't expect much”

Just a typical budget hotel. First room given was a smoking room and the floor was dusty. Rooms are not well lit. Only 1 downlight in each room.

Excellent”

Sunny, the boss, is so caring and helpful. The breakfast buffet, costed R$5, is simple but value for money, with aromatic malay coffee, half boiled egg, high quality kaya to spread the toast.

Clean and basic. Good for a night of stopover. Room not very soundproof so can hear people talking at corridor. Staff are friendly.

The toilet light switch is linked to the A/C and hence cannot be turned off during the night. It is ridiculously bright. However, the room is clean.

cleanliness of the room is good but can be better especially for toilet. I had a quiet sleep with my earplug on. unfortunately at 4 a.m someone perhaps it was the staff walking around with his mini radio on, it was loud and I couldn't sleep in anymore. Angry. Hopefully they realize the problem and will not happened again, as I will keep coming back to stay in. Breakfast for Rm5 is sufficient for me. It would be nice to provide Milo and no extra sugar added in the soy milk please, utterly sweet.
