HOUSE RULES: 1) Check in 10:00am and check out 6:00pm *SAME DAY*. (Overnight add on RM 30, check out 8:00am next day) 2) If your BOOKING comes after 2:00pm, (NOT CHECK IN TIME, but BOOKING TIME, again, NOT CHECK IN TIME) you can stay overnight without additional charges, and checks out the next day 8:00am. 3) The AGODA system will show the check in and check out date is DIFFERENT, but kindly take note that this listing is for same day check in and check out even the system shown otherwise. IN CASE OF ANY DISPUTE, this rule will superseded for all rules by AGODA. (ANY argument later about AGODA receipt check in and check out date, will not be entertained. ) 4) DO NOT BOOK IF YOU DO NOT FIND THIS SUITABLE TO YOUR NEEDS. 5) Strictly NO SMOKING in the house. 6) Quiet hours from 9:00pm to 8:00am. 7) No PETS and No PARTY allowed at all. 8) Last minute late check out without valid reasons and without any prior informing us ARE NOT ALLOWED. 9) Violation of house rule for No. 1 to No. 4 will be penalized RM 100.00 for each rule. 10) Any damages or lost of apartment key, access card and car park card will be charged RM 100.00 per item. 11) Any damages or irremovable stains caused by the guest to our bedsheets, towels, wall, paints, carpet, rug, sofa, chairs, hair dryer, etc will be charged to the guest accordingly for replacement or repairing cost according to market price. 12) Deposit per stay is RM 100.00. 13) Deposit to be returned 3 -5 working days after check out. 14) This homestay check in time is 10:00am, check out SAMEDAY at 6:00pm. 15) There's NO OVERNIGHT at this homestay at the moment or you may pay an additional RM30.00 to overnight and check out at 8am the NEXT DAY.
