Was changed to Conezion. Nevertheless, we won't mind. Plenty of shops nearby. The tricky part is to get to parking & get out of parking. Getting key is ok so far. The apt is clean, muslim friendly. Comfortable for my family to stay overnight. Oh, btw we killed 2 small cockroaches during our stay. Otherwise, no big issue.

Management need to be improved more. The security not allowed us to enter because of doesn't have an official access to enter the apartment. More then 30 minutes we wait at downstairs waiting management to solve the problem.

A nice staycation place for a family with one child. ”
In general, I like the place. The unit was beautiful. We spent our time, lazing with watching movies. What could be improved are cleanliness. We saw baby cockroaches on the kitchen cabinet. Then, the bathroom had unpleasant smell. Other than these two issues, all seemed fine. Staff was nice too.

The place was nice and okay, except ths apt have bed bugs issue. We are so devastated and feeling uncomfortable. Not so clean, floor trap was clogged. Maybe haven't had visitor fr so long due to MCO. We take this bed bug matters very serious because one of our group being itchy and have to take MC. Worst. Please clean your apt properly. Thank you.

Venue changed”
Initially booked shaftsbury but was unilaterally changed to CONEZION, another apt about 6kms from alamanda. We had no choice else we lose our money. Quite bare with not much amenities and location not so good. Directions to the place is confusing and too troublesome with so many steps to follow. Parking very narrow and dingy. Not many shops and the place is not as convenient as shaftsbury at alamanda. The facilities in the apt not so complete and the beds were Not that comfy. One of the wardrobes has malfunctioned and the doors were torn apart. They didn’t even put proper mirrors in the bathroom. The only saving grace is the size of the apartment and some tidbits given. Wouldn’t recommend this place. I’d rather stick to shaftsbury rather this conezion.
