An Oasis...”
As a first time visitor to India from America, I wanted to make sure that I had a really comfortable place to lay my head after a long day of exploring the fast paced hustle and bustle of Delhi. I 100% got that and more with my stay at the Shangri-La's Eros Hotel. The attentiveness and professionalism of the staff was 2nd to none, the dining was simply Amazing and sitting in the steam room at the hotel spa was a valued luxury to help start our days and end our evenings... A Good Quality Hotel”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Shangri-La Eros Hotel New Delhi. It an oasis in the hectic heart of Delhi. The location is good, just a short walk to Connaught Place and Japanth Market. The staff customer service is outstanding - among the best I have experienced. Nice pool and day spa as well. My room was clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was extensive. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

My New Favorite Hotel in New Delhi”
An excellent 7 nights here on this New Delhi business trip. First experience of a Shangri-La hotel. Will certainly not be my last! Genuine warmth, welcome and excellent service from all staff were exemplary. A truly high standard of guest relations from reception to business lounge to restaurant. New Tamra dining room is spacious, bright, with excellent food. Great location in New Delhi. Highly recommend the Shangri-La Eros!

Great hotel, good location”
everything you would expect of a shangri la. not cheap but in new delhi definitely worth the price to escape the chaos and hassles that this city has to offer. the staff are excellent and could not have been more helpful. the gym facilities at this hotel are first class. i cannot comment on the pool as it was closed for renovations at the time. i stayed here for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. the bathroom was luxuriant, however the room size was fairly average. the location is good...about 10-15 minutes walk to connaught place (the centre of new delhi) and only about a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station which is very convenient as i would not recommend taxis or autorickshaws in this city. there is also free wi-fi and they were more than happy to supply free wi-fi for our four devices. definitely recommended for both business and tourists.

Top Staff, Convenient Location, Very Nice Stay”
This was my second stay at the Shangri-La in New Delhi in six weeks. The previous stay was not too restful. I had raised some issues with the staff and management and did everything they could to ensure that my next stay would start and end on the best possible notes. The front desk and rooms staff was super accommodating, ensured that I spent as little time as possible with check-in/check-out formalities, made sure I was ready to go for my meetings as soon as I checked-in, and were overall quite impressive in meeting and exceeding the Shangri-La overall global standard.

Good hotel, excellent service”
Staying in this hotel is always a pleasure, the location is good for central Delhi, and the rooms are clean and spacious. I have stayed in various hotels in Delhi this one has some excellently trained and helpful staff. The only downside would be the fact that there's only one restaurant, although the food is varied and quite tasty, the restaurant staff are quite slow especially if your table doesn't have any one loud or shouty, so clear your throat, as quiet tables are ignored.

5*, but not maybe in European standards”
Me and my husband stayed at Shangri-La's Eros for 1 night after returning from our trip from Taj Mahal. Did not eat anything, just stayed overnight. It was conveniently located also from the airport (13 km, 40 minutes in morning traffic) and was supposed to be a new nice hotel. Expectations for the one of the most luxurious hotel chains in Asia were high, but unfortunately not fully met, because the room had some cleaning issues (unclean floor and windows) and worn out bathroom seams. Luckily the bed was comfortable and internet worked very well. Gym was pretty well equipped. Check-in and check out took way longer than they should have. Might stay there again, but expect less.

Very good standards”
This is my second time this year to the Shangrila Eros and I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Delhi. The hotel is in a good location, well kept and has a very good spa as well as an amazing Italian restaurant. The breakfast spread is great too. Rooms are clean and well maintained and the staff are eager to help out. Special mention is Rubaldeep Singh who remembered us from our last visit and made us feel welcome.

First time in New Delhi. the hotel is nice and clean. All staffs are good and smiley. The food are good, breakfast is also good. the complimentary high speed internet is not so good. If I will visit Delhi then I will stay at this hotel and I recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Beautiful respite in a intense city”
I stayed in Delhi over New Year's Eve, and was given a room on the 19th floor. My stay was during a time when people were holding public protests all over the city, especially in our area, Connaught Place. When I walked through the doors of the hotel, I felt safe and peaceful. The staff were always helpful and the front desk staff remembered my name. Everyone was courteous and took the sting out of the chaos going on outside our window.

Great location, Top Breakfast, ”
My husband and I travelled with our 2 kids aged 2yrs and 3yrs. Hotel staff amazing and were happy to entertain in communal areas. Rooms well appointed with all mod comms. Only thing to note is that the shower is over the bath and the water leaks on to the floor as angles for tile drainage appear to fall the wrong way. A problem not unique to our room as we travelled with another family who had the same issue. Whilst nothing a few towels can't sort out but not expected in hotel of this class. Breakfast is one of the best I have seen anywhere from freshly made fruit juice or waffles and ice cream to curry, rice, and poori. The restaurant Shang Plaza serves Chinese and it is clear why this is no. 1 of 12k+ Delhi restaurants. The food andSanjana our waitress wer truly outstanding. Swimming pool a bit dated and could do with a make over. We had no problems with any noise related to the renovation work currently being undertaken. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place, good standard all around”
I stayed in new delhi for a couple of days on business and recently had a good experience at the Shangrila in Istanbul so I stayed. Everything was pretty good, no real complaints except there was a bit of a smell like and open sewer near the pool but that was nothing in comparison to the good points. The breakfast was GREAT, the evening clubroom was nice up on the top floor the spa looked great even if i didnt try it. I'd recommend it to anyone in town on business

We stayed there on the last day of our visit to India. I was quite tired of everything in India but the hotel made my last day in India very pleasant. It was great experience to stay there, the room was nice and comfortable, swimming pool was small but we enjoyed it. The breakfast was really nice as lots of choices. Just the water for the bath was yellow.. We deposit some jewelry at the airport when we arrived India and we were not sure how to get it back. The concierge helped us, which we really appreciated. Everyone had a nice smile and we felt really welcomed. We love to stay there again when we go to Delhi again

Great hotel, service and location”
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and the kids were happy to have a nice breakfast every morning, the spa was wonderful with a nice sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was super friendly and helpful with tips and suggestions for things to do with kids. The food at the breakfast buffet was top quality, from the masala dosas to the Chinese congee with all the toppings. The fresh fruits and juice bar made the extra healthy option refreshingly good. A must for busy Delhi.

The hotel was lovely. Efficient check in. Really comfortable beds and pillows. Nice little touches in the room. Lots of plug sockets, for a change. Bar was very cool with a good atmosphere. Delicious gin and tonics and popcorn! Good location just by the metro. Welcoming, helpful staff. I would love to stay here again when I visit Delhi.

We paid around to upgrade to be upgraded to a suite. The room was very spacious and the wi-fi connection is the best that I have experienced while we were in India. It was my birthday on our last day at the hotel and they gave me a box of chocolate, cake and a gift. That was very sweet and thoughtful of them! Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Delhi.
