We booked 2 nights at Ocean View bedroom - the room was spacious with a nice view of the beach. Breakfast was good and there is a lego play area for the young kids while we enjoyed our breakfast. The kids also loved the play area (bubble pool and indoor playground). The private beach is clean - though the water is quite cold in mid October. We spent time at the outdoor pool instead - it's got 2 water slides with different height requirements. The lifeguard on duty helped save our boy (3 years old) as he came off the slide! Thanks so much! The kids also enjoyed lighting up handheld fireworks/sticks at night, and feeding the fishes in the reception area. Another big thanks for Masako-san from the Rooms department. We left a bedtime toy and a kiddy bag in the room but Masako and her team managed to locate them and arranged to mail the items back to us. Thank you Masako-san! We would love to come back here again some time.

Simply fall in love with the marine life pond”
Everything was perfect. Well greeted and assisted by your staff on our 1st day at the main drive way (entrance). That was extremely helpful for first timers. Love your pond which has a wide variety of fishes and other marine life, especially the shy Octopus. I always happy to see them before and after I return to the hotel. The only point that could be better was the housekeeping hours. But it only happened on Day 2 where we slept past 10am (arrived day 1 at late afternoon after flights). The main door was not sound proof and we heard all the noises along the corridor where it was the peak of housekeeping activities... noises from plastic bags, bottles or items banging on each other at fast speed and staff communicating with guest next door. Other than this once off incident where we happened to sleep in and woke up late, the rest of our stay - all good. Good location, spacious car park, marine life, beach and all facilities. Keep up the good job. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay”
Their services were excellent. We arrived late at night and still they greeted my once we stepped in the hotel. A lady (sorry I forgot her name) helped us with luggage and guided us to the room. We were introduced all facilities and services clearly. There are aquarium area and big souvenir shop in the hotel, as well as a whole building of fitness center. Even on our check out day, staff are nice to keep our luggage and helped us with the transportation.

Kid-Friendly Hotel with ample activities!”
Location is ideal to make road trips to nearby attractions; near to Family Mart and the stretch of restaurants. This hotel is suitable for families with young children, with Game room, Console games, Graffiti wall, Indoor Playground, Pool w/ Slides and of course, the beach! Perfect getaway in the summer (perhaps more crowded with the locals too)! note: Parking is not FOC - 500yen/day which is reasonable.

We stayed here last February for our late Valentine celebration with our kids. They have an indoor play area for the kids which was a big plus for winter months. Buffet are delicious and staffs are friendly. I just wish that the rest of the amenities are free for stayed in guests. We're kinda bummed cause we have to pay add'l extra fee for that.

My husband and I loved it here. We initially reserved as a couple, but we didn’t find a babysitter so brought our son along and it was better than I imagined. So many facilities and activities for a 19 month old! Everything else was so breathtaking. I did not want to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything is wonderful. Although hotel charged extra fee for beach activities and parking, price is acceptable. Hotel staff are extremely friendly. My son had a high fever during the midnight and they gave us lots of help. Will definitely visit here again!

We stay in Sheraton Sunmarina for 4 night with our 2 year old kid. There is a pool full of different kind of fishes at the reception lobby. Our 2 year old kid felt so excited and spend over 30 mins on fish feeding and seeing. The facilities and environments are perfect for family and couple. We stay at the hotel for dinner in the first night we arrived. The variety and quality of food is much above our expectation with reasonable price. There is a FamilyMart in walking distance. Thr nearest Aeon only take 10 mins drive as well.

Great view from Room. One downside is they don’t provide baby cot, however there was a nice hotel staff helped us to set up the sofa bed for my toddler to prevent him from fallen off the bed with bed guards.
