Great location, good value”
The room was very quiet and clean. There’s a 7/11 convenience store on the main floor which was super helpful for us since we didn’t get the breakfast option. Only complaint would be that the bed was INSANELY hard. We are used to our super plush pillow top but this was basically a 4inch spring mattress on a board. Apart from that we would totally stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Its near the shin yokohama line, connected to the prince pepe mall that has a tax free grocery that a tourist like us will enjoy. Can walk to the ramen museum too. Our room was on the 14th floor, its a smoking room which i booked wrongly. After i wrote them about this. They put a humidifier in the room to do away the smoke smell. We really appreciate that. And the concierge staff are very accommodating, answering our queries, helping us wt the luggage. They store our luggage after we checkout and update us that theres a bus limousine to haneda airport. Really convenient if u bought a lot. No need to drag your bags to the crowded mrt lines or JR lines.

Excellent Hotel in Yokohama”
We recently stayed at this hotel prior to starting a cruise in Japan. We picked it partly for its location (relatively close to the cruise terminal and still with lots of 'tourist' sites in the area) and partly for the price. Our room was quite nice and, although somewhat small by North American standards, was not as small as we expected for Japan. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom, especially the toilet, very high-tech and well laid out. A full breakfast buffet was included and there were both Japanese and western options available. One note however -- if ordering a custom-made omelett, be sure to specify that it be well cooked (my wife ended up with one that was not properly cooked and had to go back for a second one). Both registration and check-out were quick and efficient and the staff were very willing to answer all our questions and provide a map with locations of different restaurants and things we wanted to see. Very nice hotel. Have stayed here numerous times. There is direct bus transportation to and from Haneda airport. Five floors of shops and a couple of restaurants on site. Other restaurants and rail transportation within walking distance.

In Faxai typhoon and standing”
Stayed on the 31st floor, swaying and creaking but staff answered our repeated calls and assured us the Prince was safe. What an incredible experience!

Very well located, just 100m from Shin-Yokohama station. Hotel is excelent for ht price. 7Eleven just downstairs (24/7)/. The restaurant is in the top floor. Really nice hotel in the busy Yokohama.

Sky chapel and sky banquet are not available at 41st floor. Room is clean but need to upgrade the furnitures and fixtures. Room is bigger from the typical Japanese hotel. Most of their guests are cabin crews of different airlines and foreign business men.

Clean rooms Great Value”
We accidentally booked 2 smoking rooms (which we did not want) by mistake. However, the front desk moved us into non-smoking rooms with no problem. They were very nice & helpful. The location and value are their strongest features. And the views were awesome. An excellent experience for all four of us!

First stay at Prince Hotel”
This really was a wonderful stay. Beautiful foyer, elevators, interior and rooms. The view from the bar on the 42nd? floor was outstanding. Staff seemed a little cold if I’m being honest, but very professional. I’d definitely stay again if I’m getting the Shinkansen from Shin Yokohama again!

Best part is right near shin Yokohama station. If getting back on Shinkansen later is important it is a stop before Shinagwa and two beforeTokyo stations respectively. Best if going to Yokohama Arena or Nissan stadium. Also good for taking the train or subway to other local sights.

3min to Yokohama arena, perfect place for stay after live watching, facilities and services are nice, luggage could be kept by front desk for free if arriving early, the lighting in the room is a little too dim.
