Large clean room, English channels”

Nothing special about the Siam Mansions. But the room is clean, large. Good value for money but would not recommend it for people on holiday as it lacks facilities like pool, view, gym, breakfast, etc. One staff member - speaks almost no English but can be made understood. Very friendly though. Room included free bottle of water, large balcony although absolutely no view. We got all we wanted (clean room, space, Eng TV channels, effective aircon, comfortable bed). Beef-beef I know this review is about Siam-Mansions but I must tell you about the restaurant just down the road as it is in another Siam Mansions review that I read about it. Walk out the Siam Mansions and turn left. About 130m down the road you'll see a restaurant called Beef-Beef (neon blue lights). What an awesome place. Open air, live music, great service, owners always present, really good food, fantastic ambiance. Various meals but we opted for steak. Not quite as we South Africans know it but still good. They brought an electric grill to our table, sheets of beef and other meat and then you prepare your own food while listening to the live music (who takes requests too). The owner gave us a large portion of french fries at half price and gave us salad on the house. There were some rats running around but we say rats elsewhere in Hat Yai on a previous visit too. Seems to be a Hat Yai thing. We are going back to Hat Yai this weekend and are choosing the Siam Mansion again especially for it's location and the Beef-Beef being nearby. TOIEC If you're going to Hat Yai for purposes of your TOIEC test then Siam Mansion is a good option. You can walk to the Prince of Songkla University if you'd like to save money on transport. It's about a 1.6 km walk down the road. Just ask locals for "Mo-fo" (the short Thai name for the university), or ask for Tesco Lotus as the uni is just past it on the same road.

Clean, comfortable and quiet ”

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at Siam Mansion. There is no sign in English in front except one that says "24 hour service". There is a used car dealership on the ground floor. The room is huge and nicer than you would expect in this price range. Bed, towels, sheets, lots of furniture, shower with curtain, mini-fridge, all of these exceeded expectation. I would recommend this place for comfort, cleanliness and ease of online booking. Thanks, Siam Mansion! We enjoyed our stay. Hat Yai is a charming town with delicious food and we look forward to returning.

I had a wonderful stay at Siam Mansion Hatyai. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony. There’s even a common area where you can chill. Snacks, microwave, and hot water are provided at the common area. The staff there were also accommodating and helpful. I accidentally left my baggage there when I checked out while rushing to catch my flight. I am so thankful for the swift responses when I contacted them on this issue and they even helped me organised a shipment for me to deliver my stuff back to me! Will stay here again when in hatyai! Thank you! :)

THE BEST PLACE EVER. ”

I went to hatyai twice, and this time I chose to stay in siam mansion and honestly I’m not disappointed at all, the place, the environment is so chill and worthy, they provide you a common area with beanie bags and chairs and tables with some biscuits and hot water for you to just chill while having a light meal/coffee, the cleanliness was top notch, the staffs were so accommodating and friendly, when I checked out so much earlier; they even ask me why did I do that? I mean like which hotel asks you that? Overall, I think it’s pretty value for money, AND SUPER SATISFYING.

Worth and pleasant stay”

Pleasant and comfortable. Worth to stay in Siam Mansion. Large room and clean. Tuk tuk is available in front of the hotel. Quite convinient. Siam mansion is not really centrally located in town but tuk tuk is able to send you to siam mansion.

The hotel is value for money, it is big enough and with modern design, the room is clean. They have a very nice design community space at the lobby just outside the room at 2nd floor. Location nearby 7-11 store and nice street food with walking distance. Just a little bit noisy from the air cond compressor which installing outside the room near the balcony side. Overall, it is a good place to stay when travel at Hat Yai.

The room is big and clean tiled floors throughout with small balcony. Bathroom is clean with good hot water. Aircon is very cold and strong. Big fridge ample place to store you drinks and purchase. TV has lots of channels English, Malaysian, Chinese, Malaysian Astro Chinese channels, but the TV itself is the old cathode ray TV(not flat screen). No internet. No boiling water facilities for drinks(kettle). There is a lift in the building Location wise is a bit far for normal city tourist centre. The mansion is currently under renovation at certain floor and it main entrance. Next to the Siam mansion has a small 7-11 store. It is value for the money you pay interns of it very clean and huge / large room.

This is first time I come to hatyai and stay in Siam Mansion it was great , clean and staff is friendly. Especially when we come with tired and have good nite sleep. Just at the corner you can find 7 eleven and you can have tu tu transport at in front of hotel.

GOOD and NICE eviroment”

Siam Mansion is a good HOTEL for the couple and solo traveler. But not really suitable for Family or group as a little bit far from the Lee Garden Plaza. But OVERALL : 9/10 very clean and big room !

This is my second time stayed at this hotel. Siam Mansion provides a big room it's perfect for a long stay and shopaholic to stay. The hotel location is quite strategic as walking distance to 7 eleven and not a busy area or traffic. Great place to stay! To improve 1. water supply slow, please increase the water power 2. waterway smell.

Siam Mansion is a combination of hostel and hotel concept. It can be a private room or a dorm. Clean and quiet place to be stay. The room comes with a balcony and outside of the room is a living hall for you to hangout with friends if you are a big group of family. You are walkable to Lee Garden, which takes approximately 15 min. Grab is 66 baht per way.

It is a big room with cheap price, they provide car parking for those who drive car to this city, very close to the hat Yai center. 50 meter walking distance got 7 eleven.
