This brand new hotel is at walking distance to the Diana Shopping Complex (5 mins), the Asean Night Bazaar (10 mins), the Central Festival Mall (15 mins) and the Odean Shopping Mall (20 mins) but overall is a bit unfriendly for guests without their own transport. The restaurant has good value breakfast (150 THB) and lunch (200 THB) buffets with a pretty wide selection of food and beverages. The spa provides massage at a reasonable price. The room was very spacious with a big window providing an expansive view of Hat Yai. The room decor is modern and colorful, but the dated bathroom fixtures were out of keeping with the rest of the furnishings. There was a bit of street noise from the busy, four lane road the hotel sits beside, but if you run the A/C fan, it is not too noticeable. The staff was courteous and professional. Value for money was very good compared to similar Hat Yai hotels.

Nice and clean hotel with good location”
The room itself was very clean and apparently recently renovated. The bathroom looks a bit outdated though clean as well. The staff was very responsive; when at 11:30 pm we had problem with the water tab, they sent someone immediately and the problem was sorted within minutes. I didn't have the breakfast because in Hat Yai there are so many places outside where you can have great breakfast. I travel to Hat Yai occasionally and would stay in this hotel again.

new hotel but affordable”
I stayed in this hotel when I visit Hatyai for 1 day. The Hotel is new (3 months) the room is very clean and have big enaogh space.. the bathroom is clean with full amenities and hair dryer. but the wifi was not stable. I booked the room without breakfast but after discuss with my partner, we choose to buy breakfast and pay directly to hotel (150 bath). the breakfast based on staff information was buffet like other hotel but in the morning we must choose 1 menu (american breakfast: salad, bacon, 2 sausage, 2 eggs). the menu is really disapointing. if you want to stay here i think its more worth without breakfast

Room is spacious. I loved the view from 17th floor. One thing short is the international movies in the room. No english movies so we ended up listening and watching without understanding the content. Bathroom amenities are fine. The tub is quite high. So becareful, might be slippery especially if you have small children. Location wise is near to Asean Night Bazaar and Greenway zone about 3 minutes by car. Shopping galore! 2km plus minus from Lee Gardens also not bad. Not much of tuk2 outside hotel. Overall, i am okay with this hotel

The location is great and has car parking available. It’s an old hotel with renovation. The room is spacious and clean. Their service is good. One thing I don’t like about this hotel is that their window is covered with blue film and it quite irritating to eyes. Other than that, this hotel is very value for money and that’s the best part!

Hotel is pretty new and very clean. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious with comfortable bed too. Hotel near to Diana Shopping Center, Central Festival and Night Market. Hotel staff's spoke English and Polite too. However room wifi is intermittent and can be annoying.

Hotel is new. Room furnished with beautiful and elegant design. It’s clean. Bed is large and comfortable. Although it’s a bit far from Lee garden, however not an issue as v can take tuk tuk. We enjoy our stay!

we stayed 2 nights and took 4 rooms. 2 rooms had plumbing issues although it was resolved within a short time. Coming out from the bath tub after a shower was rather dangerous and slippery. hotel should place those non slip mats. my mother in law fell and bruise her thigh coming out. one of the beds had mites and bitten my daughter. could improve on this.

Superb stay and very friendly staff”
Pros: Rooms were newly renovated and super cozy. Bed was nice to sleep in. Room had no smell. Shower was strong. Provided water, coffee and tea. Location is awesome. Can be found easily and the tuk tuk drivers know where it is. It's very near to all interesting places. Covered parking is available, however limited. The security guard will assist during parking. Cons: The bathtub had an accident waiting to happen. It is way to high to enter/exit especially for young kids. The step they tried to add to make the entry/exit easier is not in the proper location. Between toilet and bathtub which is at the far front where the shower head and the shower curtain is located at. I, myself slipped multiple times in the bathtub as no rubber mats were provided just by stepping forward to turn on/off the shower. Water is leaking into the bathroom and makes the floor wet, again another hazard for all ages. The small floor towel provided was soaked through after the first shower and stayed that way.

Affordable Hotel. Despite being only 1 year old, the hotel is fading away. Stayed 2 nights in different night in between our drive to Phuket. First night is ok but the return night from Phuket is a nightmare. After showering my girl, found a very Huge cockroach on the roof in the toilet. My girl got frighten and I immediately called to change room. Action from the staff was fast too.

The hotel is just very far from the town, not at a busy location, good to family with children, 7E is walking distance from hotel, near to Diana shopping mall and McD. There is a truck accessories shop right in front of the hotel. Hotel room is clean, space wise is good, just need to mind the toilet floor, slippery when water comes into contact. There is basement parking, tuk tuk is always available if you do not want to drive out. Simple breakfast but still okay. :)

Pro:- - Newly renovated, Clean, Spacious room - Stunning view from high floor. - Quiet and peaceful - Walking distance to bus station (10-15mins) Cons:- - 20-30 mins walk to Lee Garden area & Central Festival & Asean trade Market - Sometimes it's not easy to catch a tuk-tuk outside the hotel. - Small lift, be considerate and put down your big backpack once you enter the lift. Despite all the above, i will stay here again during my next visit.
