Comfortable accommodation with reasonable price”

Warm welcome reception,they willing to recommend good local attraction and foods to us.Nice decoration of hostel with comfortable environment and provide one day tour or transportation with good reasonable price for their guests. They also provide the universal adapter if you forgot to bring.Highly recommend,love it.

Exceptional”

Stayed in a 1 bunk room with a friend. Room is small but clean and modern decor throughout the hostel. Beds are firm but very comfortable! Pillows and blankets are everything! Air con and WiFi works well. Breakfast wasn’t available with our room but we weren’t allowed to purchase it either.. i don’t know why. Staff was friendly and helpful. The motorbike we rented from them stalled out a lot though. They offered transportation service as well.

Stayed in a private room with queen bed. Very clean room with airconditioned. Bathroom was shared among that floor member but it is very very clean as well and well maintained. Suitable for young ppl as the stairs are a little steep for old ppl to climb. Staff are very friendly. Simple breakfast available and able to rent motorcycle from this hostel as well. Overall very satisfied with their service.

Good location and nice environment ”

Really love this hostel. Perfect facilities, nice room. Big mirror at room 💞 Near with all attraction place like night market , lee garden plaza. Easy to find food on night, plus near with 7eleven. Not noisy , good environment.

Everything is comfortable , cleanliness perfect, I love their rooms . It’s so cute haha . Their staffs is sosososo nice . Easy to get tuktuk and they also have one at their hostel . Would be please to come back again next time .

Exceptional”

I were taking the dormitory 4 female , really clean and comfy AC room . Eventhough toilet need to be share but its really clean complete with hot shower , soap and shampoo . Also provided long mirror , sink and two hair dryer outside the toilet . Not to forget they have provided iron with iron board also.Can have breakfast and relaxation time at first floor where they provide table and mini sofa , also some informations regarding best place to visit in Hatyai . Staff really friendly and helpful . Really easy to go to some of the attractions place , you can choose either walking (0.5km - 1km distance) , rent a motorcycle from hotel (250TB/day) , by gracar or tuktuk . At first i didnt put high expectation on it but after staying it really a worth place to try .

The staff is very helpful and fluent in English, make it no language barrier to communicate at all. The room is cleaned and as exactly as shown in the pictures. The shared toilet is clean as well, provided with towels, shampoo, soap, hair dryer and also iron (+ board)! On another note, Silla House provide breakfast from 7 a.m. - 10 a.m. Overall we are super satisfied! Thank you for having us :)

Fast check-in and check-out as well as wifi. Friendly receptionist. Tourist attraction information provided. Cozy room with a comfortable duvet. Suite for a solo, couple or small group traveler. Nice set up that makes us feel like home.

Located in city (perfect location),easy to go everywhere, the hotel is clean and provides a great services. The staffs were very helpful. The view from balcony of hotel was great. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there :))

For the dorm room, its quite packed, but the aircon are well and there is locker and space for luggage under the bunkbed.
