We book triple bedroom for one night. The room is spacious & clean exactly same as seen in photo. The staff very friendly & always smile even though they're not good in English. Fast check-in & check-out. The hotel situated slightly out of city but not a problem for us since we have our own transport. Recommended!

Room was spacious, toilets is clean, and we get the view of hatyai city. Overall is okay except they don’t provide iron so it’s okay.

Value for money for family trip”

I booked 2 rooms..1 is superior double room and another 1 is triple deluxe room. It is a bit further from the hotspot area but that is not a problem as we took Grab from one place to another. Though the reception staff dont speak fluent English but at least they try hard to explain and it's understandable. The rooms were spacious.. the shower was a bit slow and too hot,but bearable still. Since we spend most of our time outside..nothing much to complain. An acceptable hotel for a family of five. The only improvement needed could be from housekeeping section..the bed make up need to be more neat..and toilet bowl was not that clean. TV channels were all in Thai..perhaps it will gain more traction shall the hotel provides Free Tuk Tuk service to the nearby area. No free toiletries so just bought a small traveller pack for yourself. Else u can just buy at the 7E nearby. For Muslims..you can have your breakfast as the nearby stall..to the left from the hotel lobby about 100m then turn left till end of the road. The roti canai, fried kuey teow and fried rice were so delicious, rich with ingredients and cheap too! They are a Muslim couple who cooked from heart. All in all for this hotel..everything is good! This need to be improved.

Very friendly staff, although not fluent in English speaking. No air-cond at hotel lobby & walkway. No disposable toiletries provided, i.e. toothbrush/toothpaste/showercap/etc. Far from city center, location may not be convenient for tourist to Hatyai.

This was second time we stayed here. Only 1km to city centre. It is very convenient to take grab car to the city, around 87 bath per trip to Lee Garden or Kim Yong market. Within 5 mins walking distance to 7-11, Lotus Tesco and mini big C. The fried chicken stall which near to Lotus Tesco is very nice. 2 pcs of chicken only cost 50bath. Overall, it always be my first choice to stay this boutique hotel.

Large and clean rooms Helpfull staff. They manage to find my lost glasses in the hotel room as I was having my breakfast downstairs. Good wifi connection also. An adress to be recommended.

Nice hotel, room is super spacious! staff were friendly ! But location is quick far from the centre. Tuk2 is barely seen here.

Nice room and beds”

The beds are comfortable. Very decent room size with comfort interior. Wifi is very weak, keep disconnecting and even if it’s connected , everything can’t load. A rough glance shows everything is pretty clean. However, if attention were put in, then those like spill marks, bed head, toilet seat cover and tiles around bathroom sink were dirty.

Pros - Spacious and clean room. Value for money. Quiet area. Cons - Very basic facilities. No coffee/tea making, far from center but not a big deal if you got own transport. Bed not so comfy.

Staff engagement ”

Hotel management should employ English-speaking staffs especially in customer service(reception). My experience while being there is very difficult to communicate as the staff does not know to speak English. Train your staff at least they understanding basic English

Value for money, big room, quiet... it just difficult to get tuk-tuk outside of hotel. it need to walk to a big road which around 3-4 minutes distance

Staffs are friendly, room is clean, car park is available for guests, prompt response with efficiency, most common facilities are available.

The room is bigger, very clean, refrigerator is big .. Near to Railway station, 5 minutes only. But a bit far from halal food.
