Good Stay”

Silver Sand Serenity is perfect place to stay with given price. Good breakfast, perfect location and preferred for family. I have question for Agoda as why 28% GST is charged because maximum is 18% as per govt rules.

Good rooms + helpful staff + super loaction+ good ambience+ rooftop pool= Silver sands serenity. The in room dining should be round the clock and a little less on the pricing.

My 12 year old daughter and I had a 3 day vacation booked at the Silver Sands Serenity and we were fortunate to be upgraded from a Superior room to a Premium room. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. My daughter and I loved the room but we were dismayed to find that the connecting door to the next room may as well have not been there as we could clearly hear the conversation of the guests next door. They were a group 4 young North Indian men who had booked opposing rooms and took pleasure in drinking, talking loudly and laughing very audibly, late into the early morning. Despite the front desk acting on my complaint, there was no change in the guests behaviour. I had to resort to speaking to them over breakfast myself. The following two nights were still noisy but less so. Had it not been for this unfortunate experience I would recommend the hotel for its warm hospitality, location and amenities. The wifi also did not work in the room but we were able to connect on the balcony.

Had a fabulous stay at silver sands serenity, my only problem was drawers to put your clothes in. Perhaps moving the unused large desk and putting a nice set of drawers would be more appropriate. Other than that the bed was very comfortable and the shower was brilliant. Would defo stay there again

We traveled in December month so we were looking accommodation near to Candolim beach, as Calengute and Baga will be too much crowded that time. This hotel is near to Candolim beach. Very good rooms, awesome swimming pool which is at top floor.

Very nice Good location Costly food though (bit on costly side) enough car parking good swimming pool good morning complimentary breakfast - Plus point - our basic room was upgraded to a superior one having jacuzzi bath. So the ambiance, room facility got improved. This is really a good point on their behalf. I recommend this to all. Candolim beach is too near and one of the best beach among all others in GOAAAAA..... Will visit very soon some day here :)

Really nice hotel in agood part of candolim with nice bars/shops nearby and short walk to the beach. Much quieter than Baga or Cangulute so depends what you want. Hotel room itself was good quality / clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice and bacon is provided on request :)). the infinity pool is great and def. worth staying at this hotel for.....

Memorable stay. Awesome rooms. Great pool, amazing view from terrace of goa. Do take your swimsuits alonh otherwise they will pull you out of pool. Hotel Ambience & corridors are too dull, it feels like you are visiting to see someone at hospital. All over its a place to stay because of its location.

Pros of this property: - Spacious rooms (20x15 ft) in Deluxe Category - Full amenities in room and very good toiletries - Infinity pool is very good on terrace - Restaurant of hotel situated at front side has very good food. - located on main road candolim-calangute so has everything nearby like vehicle rent and supermarket are within 50 metres. Cons: - Passive staff, not really interested in your requirement (payable requirements ofcourse) - All staff are in depressive mood always - Front desk person seems uninterested in room guests - All staff are "commission agents" They would have their uncle, brother, relative who has car, bike, boat for rent and arranges tours. - if you have booked more than 1 room, your rooms will not be on same floor, specially deluxe or premium rooms coz they are limited in number. - cleaning staff works extremely well as you offer them good "tip" - the best person in the whole hotel was the security guard at the gate. He was always welcoming with a smile

We decided to extend our stay for 2more days. As i was facing issue wid my internet i was unable to book online. I went to front desk and asked if they can renew. Guy who was sitting there said rooms are available but he cannot book it and asked us to wait for receptionist (lady). When I asked her, she rudely said, '' we are booked'. I requested her but she denied and her answer was extremely rude. We had to search new hotel and shift. When i checked online sometimes later, all categories room were actually available in this hotel on all the website. This is extremely disappointing thing. Gyn was also not in working condition. Rest is very impressive in this price. Pool is good but has high amount of chlorine mixed. Cafeteria staff is very very good. Breakfast is so yummy with good quality. Hotel staff other than front desk girl is very nice, polite and helpful.

Food was very good. Staff courteous. Care about cleanliness of rooms. Location is good: near to Baga, Calangaute, Sinquerium beaches. Even Candolim beach is on walking distance.

Need more professional and sensible staff”

Had a tiff with the front office upon check in. After a long travel you would like to check in fast and settle down so you are set in the right mood for a good holiday. So, there was some miscommunication between Agoda and Silver Sands Management. I had booked 3 rooms for 6 adults and 1 child. It was already paid for through credit card. I had also confirmed at least a week before reaching the destination. SS front office at check in time told me that age of child is not mentioned, so I had to pay extra for child. I said that that is not my concern and they had to sort it with Agoda. SS staff tells me that I had to sort with Agoda myself else I had to pay additional amount to complete check in formality. I told that I will settle with Agoda later and pay at check out if that was the case. But they insisted that I settle with Agoda first or pay first. Eventually I ended up paying first. It was settled with Agoda later after some back and forth e-mails.

Awesome stay it was, fortunately they upgraded my room with out any charges. If you are planning to stay near bardez, heart of the most happening places in Goa, then this is the best place. Rooms are very clean and quite (even on New Year Eve). Infinity pool is a bonus :)

Hi All, Overall it was an pleasent experience, hotel location is fantastic, good breakfast, neat and clean rooms. Also interior is spacious. Below are my suggestions to improve and take this facility a level up: * change your internet vendor, internet is very slow and never works at time of need. * Without internet one can sustain if phone has network, but here phone network is in between 2g to 3g. May be some signal repeater required on property. * breakfast food is not properly labelled, atleast mark a red sticker on non veg. I am a veg and accidentally ate chicken sausage. * Support staff responsiveness, one simple tv takes 12-15 hour to fix, one conditioner bottle takes 24 hrs to reach room, no cleaning staff available in time of need, will only come once in a day when he cleans all rooms. * Basic standards like maintainance of plants all dried up, cleaning of spider webs, pickup of used utensils, provision of proper marking for car and bike parking.. Above points if cattered could take this hotel franchise to new hights. thanks AS

Value for money”

Good value for money if you don't spend too much time in room . Room has a balcony and was peaceful . Rooms + bathroom were clean . 5-7 min walk to candolim beach which was great and have grocery shop , bakery , local restaurant nearby which was handy as we could find good breakfast in the morning . Stuff were polite and everything was handled smoothly from check in to check out .

Great value for money and very kind management and staff”

It was a wonderful stay and staff was really helpful. we got a early check in as well because we booked for 10 days. Hotel is really great, I would say better or similar to Novotels in Dubai. All was well cleaned and maintained. Not a complaint but a small suggestion would be to make the WC cleaning better and replenish the worn towels, that taken care would surely take the Hotel to 5 star level. I know I am not staying in Taj but that sorted you are a very good hotel. This feedback maybe because I am a Hotel Management and Laundry person, for normal guests it is nothing that they would observe. Great value for money and great facilities with awesome location and very courteous staff and management. For all who shall stay do not forget to carry swimming glass for they have an awesome infinity pool at rooftop. Pool was very clean but difficult to open eyes n swim for a regular swimmer as well hence the glasses. Book this property if you want great value for money.
