well, this the first time i has booked rooms from agoda.com. i has been stayed at sing golden place hotel many times, but all through the travel agency as agoda still have no link with the hotel previously. once i noticed that it was linked, i waste no time to booked the hotel from agoda. sing golden hotel is a quite nice hotel with great location. the strategic location gave us many advantage to go many places around hatyai central without taking tuktuk. we can walk to many places until LeeGargen plaza with just 15minutes journey. nearby the hotel there are many places which we can look for nice foods. the service from the hotel staffs was also good. the hotel room was clean and tidy although it was not among the new hotels in hatyai area. overall, i was very satisfied and would like to stay at sing golden place hotel in future.

Big room. Just in between of Hat Yai city centre and Asean Bazaar, can reached this place just by walking. Clean and tidy. However the receptionist not mentioned that plastic bottle mineral water will have additional charged if you drink it. FOC mineral water is in glass bottle only.

You dont hear traffic noises and can have a peaceful sleep. Walking from Lee Garden Plaza Hotel to Sing Golden Place Hotel is a leisurely 15 minutes. Shops selling food nearby and can easily get transport.

A consider hotel if they improve their service”

Can be consider as an average hotel: clean, new and comfortable. need to walk about 2 minutes to reach the 7-11 (walk out from the hotel door, turn right go to the T-junction turn left and turn into the right corner, walk a little while, you ll see the 7-11 store).it is just 10 minutes walk to the center which lee garden,Mcd,etc located, can have some exercise after and before food.along the way to the center, there are a lot of restaurants for you to have your meal. if you are not willing to walk, tuk tuk(thailand taxi) will send you to wherever you wish to be at. there is some improvement of the service, we got a transport to send us to the hotel with a anger face driver, that is fine since we are not going to talk to him as well.once we reached , we went to reception counter, firstly, we showed our smiley face to the hotel staff, that is so unexpected we got back a disgusted look, we might look poor to them so we don't get any better smile maybe so that's fine too. bell boy is nice of helping us to send our luggage and request to the counter so remember to pay tip ya ^^.What disappointed me is that when we checked out, we might have some language barrier. Well, we have our own pronunciation, i tried to understand what the reception girl said, so sorry that make her repeat twice.when we ended out conversation i really hope that i didn't see her look of saying "stupid, can't you understand". i thought i might be too sensitive of face reaction but this is really too obvious that even my friend said that to me. So, for me i think that service is really important for a business, service decide your customer to stay or leave.hope that is a better improvement when next time i have the chance to stay in Sing Golden Hotel again.By the way, sometime the air-cond is not functioning, their might need maintenance.remember to check the air-cond firstly once you enter the room.

The hotel is quite strategically located and walking distance to convenient stalls, eateries, shopping malls & etc. Staffs are very friendly, ample parking spaces, rooms are i should say huge and very neat/clean. Efficient room services and house keeping staff are helpful. Overall i enjoyed my four days stay at the hotel. Tq

Near to lots of nice places and stalls where the locals hunt for their delicious food. Hotel location is quiet for a good sleep and the rooms we had are clean and nice.

So far one of the better hotel that i have stayed in Hatyai compare to previous 10+ Trips. I got it at very good price at less than 1200 Baht. The room is big, Aircon is working well, toilet is clean and water flow is good for bath. Except there are no convenience store or 7-eleven in short walking distance. Advice to stock up more drinks and food.

pros: they have ample parking available with a large compound instead of the ones you can get nearer to town. cons: you might want to double check prior to arriving at the hotel because when i arrive the hotel personnel told me that u did not make any reservation or payment! i was shocked! i believed that they have rented out my rooms to other guest & i had to wait more than an hour just for them to check with the management to clear the matter up. i had booked 5 superior twin & 3 superior double rooms for a night. in the end they upgraded us to deluxe rooms instead of our original superior rooms. it was alright to have an upgrade but i did imagine the worse that could happen was what if they are full? what would have happened then? would they have refunded my money & asked me to check into another hotel? having traveled by road for almost 6 hours my friends & i were absolutely tired! if that had happen i have no idea what i would have done!

Hotel is a bit old but well kept. the room is spacious for the price. However, cleaniness can be inproved. There were ants noted on the writing table even though not bothersome. TV is still box type with poor picture quality. Other than that, there is no complaint. Ample parking awailable for those who drive.

Quiet,nice clean hotel”

10 of us stayed here for 2 nite. No complaints from my friends. We were given twin beds and non-smoking rooms as per our request. Room very spacious , clean with comfortable bed & four pillows. Bottled drinking water provided free. At night can sleep peacefully, no traffic sound. Walking to Lee Garden Plaza is a leisurely 15 minute. Easily to get tut tut to go any where in Hatyai. Just outside the hotel can find many shops selling food , massage centre and also airlines ticketing office.

New hotel but far from shopping. ”

Me and wifey had a nice stay at this hotel. The stuff are friendly and helpful. My wife complain that there is no hair dryer but i manage to get one for her through the receptionist. Room and bed size is comfortable for the price we paid but the shower not enjoyable due to low water power. The only bad point for this hoter is the location which is far from the shopping centre. Walking will takes you about 10 minutes to Lee garden.Prepare to walk if you stays here!

Relaxed outing”

The only hotel that always keep the room windows and doors open to ventilate them for hygenic reasons. My wife, friends and I personally find this hotel very comfortable, near to shopping malls and eatries. We will definately stay in this hotel on all our future trips.

I stay for one night, good location, nearby have a lot of food, and room big and clean Plenty car parking space, and also you can rent motorcycle as well at ground floor. Reception staff speak good english and polite. Overall, i am happy staying at there.

Good location”

The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. The place is quiet so good to sleep at night. My only concern was upon checking in, the Reception staff wanted to keep my Passport - that was never going to happen! I made my dismay known and service was very good afterwards. The bathroom is roomy with hot water in the shower and a bath. I had a rather large dead cockroach in the bathroom for the 2 nights I stayed - I did not disturb it. The TV channels are minimal with only about 10 Thai channels.
