Best hotel for corporate traveller”
If you are having a really busy work itinerary and dont want to deal with masses / noise / crowds this is the place. Checked in late at about 8pm, i was tired and hungry. I gave my passport to the reception and headed to dinner. Wonderful quiet, warm restaurant serving the best peranakan cuisine. The front office agent then gave me my room card at dinner and had my bags sent to my room as i entered the room, a welcome kit of tiger balm and po chai pills were lying on the bed. How very personal! i really enjoyed the stay and will definately book this place again. I travel to singapore freaquently for work and would really enjoy this after a full day.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous location and lovely warm staff”
We loved everything about this hotel, from the cozy rooms and comfy beds, well appointed bathroom and small touches like the nespresso and selected teas. The location was walking distance from fabulous restaurants and cool cocktail bars as well as superb hawker food at Maxwell. It was such a convenient location for us. The staff were kind and accommodating as we needed an early check in and had to leave our luggage after check out as we had an evening flight. I would definitely love to have a longer stay next time I visit Singapore!

Stylish and sophisticated ”
We really enjoyed our stay at Six Senses Maxwell. Gorgeous new hotel right in the heart of China Town. About a 5-6min wall to the closest MRT to be able to access anywhere you want to go in town. The rooms were clean and comfortable with lovely extra touches that made our stay enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the toiletries provided and we loved how environmentally focused and low waste the hotel was. The kids loved the ice cream bar available everyday! The staff were lovely and helpful. I would definitely stay with Six Senses again.

Exceptional Hotel In Waiting”
The hotel is gorgeous, interesting, comfortable, every space is a delight, the library/bar is a work of genius and the staff were lovely. The hotel had recently opened so we noticed a few minor things that either hadn't been finished (construction equipment by the pool, spa not yet open) or could do with a tweak but I am sure these will be completed soon and then it will be mind-blowing. Highly, highly recommended for visitors new in town or a staycation.

It’s one of intercon group but lack of lots of intercon. No free handy, I don’t like breakfast. I don’t like choices of menu. Breakfast is healthy but it’s not what I can eat.

a different setting of singapore..love it”
not too close to mrt station..but im pretty busy just walking around the hotel and its surrounding...lots of things to see and I really enjoy it! The pool is good only for one person..but I like it coz there was not many people anyway..I wish I can get more breakfast (we can only choose a few from the selection offered however it was good ones)..I love the library, the bar and of course the free ice cream!!!

Disappointed!”
We stayed here for four nights and had high expectations. The hotel itself is beautifully furnished and although the room was smaller than expected it was comfortable. On day 3 our room was not serviced after returning from spending the afternoon in Singapore. I phoned the reception and was told that it was my responsibility to request a daily room service . I was completely bemused because our room had been serviced daily prior to this without a request. Instead of an apology for the oversight, the guest relations left me feeling embarrassed and awkward. In addition, the breakfast service was painfully slow, it took at least 20mins for our order to be taken and we spent up to an hour waiting for breakfast to be served. Pastries had often run out and on our first morning they were rock hard In fact inedible. We did make the management aware but sadly the service didn’t improve. This hotel has so much potential, it is sumptuously furnished but sadly lacks the full package.

No good Value for money-not six senses standard”
We stayed there for 2 nights with our baby. The location is great, but there are several other hotels close by. It is not six senses as you might think. The staff is friendly but do not have any clue, a lot of miscommunication, especially breakfast how it is organized, were waiting for 30 minutes to receive a coffee after another 10 minutes we were informed our food we ordered was out of stock, then they brought 3 times the wrong order. Wanted to have a drink at the pool bat, learned the pool bar is not operating as they are only open for 8 month (that's what they said, if it wasn't so sad it would be funny). Wanted to buy a bathrobe, reminded them 2 times to organize it, then I was informed sorry we do not sell this one anymore only another one (OMG) six senses service would be offer the guest to organize it and send it to their home address of course with a charge. The staff in the hotel is nice but totally unorganized and uninformed means very bad management. Would not recommend it.
