Had a room on upper floor this time, gigantic window in room, one that can be opened in bathroom (so no need to keep ac on for keeping the room dry) Free dinners at 7 pm Ac leaked drops of water on the bed, it got fixed as soon as i told staff

What we liked: - the location was ok, short distance to street food and local restaurants - the bed was huge and comfy - outdoor seating at the main entrance - common areas were clean What we didn't like: - we were able to check in at 2pm not a minute earlier. I know it's a standard time for check in but many hotels will check you in earlier (especially if you're tired after travelling) - no seating inside the room - no robe or any other furniture in the room beside your bed. Nowhere to put your stuff - the sheets were awfully stained - the WiFi had very poor signal in the room - the small aisle outside was noisy 2 nights out of 3

I had a wonderful time talking with and being assisted by the front desk. Whether it be Yui, the landlord, the manager or the owner, I appreciated their hospitality immensely. The landlord even ran out to buy a cold bottle of water upon my sweaty arrival... The room is another story. The sheets and comforter were stained (not that big a deal), the floors bore the long hairs of previous guests or maid, the window that opened to an alleyway could not be closed due to the imperfection of its installment. The bathroom was fairly clean, but for the toilet that couldn’t hold water. It would quickly leak the contents of the bowl at the base. There was a hole and water damage in the ceiling. Aside from that, it’s a basic hotel in the Khaosan area. Secure and with free Netflix! Spotty and subpar internet. Not a horrible place, but with some cause for concern.

Good position and nice hotel... When we arrived the room that we booked wasn't available, so the supposed give a better one... the sheets where used and dirty so we asked for a change... they have done an a really rude and angry way... the second sheets where full of stain again just took from the stand... I won't repeat for sure...

Very dirty place. Sheets were very dirty, bathroom was bare, towels were very stained. Had to carry suit case up 3 flights of stairs. Was more like a hostel & not a hotel. Place was just unclean. WiFi was 8 different WiFi’s from other venues. Netflix did not work & the tv was broken. Couldn’t even stay there. Had to book another hotel 20 minutes away. Staff was kind but they knew their place was very dirty. Never saw a refund or an attempt to help.

I thought it was a hotel, it’s more like a backpackers hostel. Single room is TINY. Pretty expensive for what I got. Towels and bedding were disgusting.

We booked a room but when we arrived at the written address, the accommodation does not exist anymore!!!! And we got charged for the amount as we paid directly online!!!! We're trying to find a solution to be refunded !!

El hotel no esta mal para pasar dos o tres noches, aunque esta un poco descuidado y no todo lo limpio que debería. Las habitaciones són básicas, la cama era comoda, las sabanas bastante rotas y deterioradas, la cortina de la ventana era demasiado transparente y se veia todo, el baño no estaba mal aunque necesitaba algunos arreglos. Nuestra habitación daba a la calle y habia mucho ruido, pedimos un cambio y la chica de recepcion muy amable nos cambio la habitacion, alli pudimos dormir mejor ya que la habitación daba a interior, los motores del aire se escuchan bastante. El personal es muy amable, la chica de recepción que esta por la mañana es un encanto, nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos. La ubicación es genial, muy cerca de Kaosan pero alejado del ruido, cerquita del rio y zona tranquila. Estuvimos agusto.

L'emplacement est ideal et le personnel gentil et à l'écoute. Le bémol concerne la propretée : la litterie était très sale (tâches dans le lit). La douche n'est pas très chaude. Compte tenu du prix et de l'emplacement ce n'est pas non plus une arnaque. Allez y si vous voulez faire des économies sur votre logement pour profiter des activités ou autre
