Great hotel to stay overnight”

Overall it was a great experience staying at Smile Hotel Selayang. I took a Quad Room ( room for 4 person). However it has only 1 socket available to charge our gadgets. And wifi connection provided is super slow. If the management able to fix this problem i think this hotel is perfect.

Affordable & Comfortable”

It was a good, comfortable & convenient stay. Near to major attraction areas such the Selayang Mall, FRIM & Selayang Hospital.

Value for money and near to Hospital Selayang”

I 've stayed at this hotel many times due to it's close proximity to Hospital Selayang and eateries. Basic amenities are sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, I personally dislike the steel clothes hanger in the bathroom as it was installed vertically and all your clothes, towels and toiletry bag will lay on top of each other.

Lovely budget hotel”

A little bit out of Kuala Lumpur but easy access to Genting Highland/Kuantan highway. This is a new budget hotel and plenty foods in the nearby shops.

Small Hotel but comfortable stay”

we are actually wanted to visit to genting highland but due to chionese new year holiday, all rooms were fully books. so we decided to find a hotel which are located nearest to the genting hotel and we found smile hotel. its only about 45 minutes of driving to genting highland. we travelled with two small kids which are only 5 and 3 years old respectively. the smile hotel order us a comfortable stay as we booked two king size beds. one thing i must mention about this hotel is the cleaniness environment.you can just feel safe and clean in all areas and our stay was the comfortable one. in the morning time,there is a good place to have breakfast at "one station cafe", is just a less than 5 minutes working distance from the hotel. there are variaty of food for you to choose with reasonable price.as malaysian, i am sure you should be happy with the environment and enjoy your breakfast there. however, one thing to take note is the limitation of car park. you may find difficulity to find the car park as ther do not have their own private car park. we need to park the car at the back of the hotel which is quite and maybe dangerous at night.

Good things: 1. Clean room and bathroom. 2. All basic necessities available in room. 3. Walking distance to restaurants and hawker centers. 4. Walking distance to Selayang Hospital. 5. Affordable price. Not so good things: 1. Very small room. 2. Can get better room at other hotel at this price. 3. No parking, very difficult to find parking. 4. No elevator, not suitable for the elderly or sick. 5. Very small LCD TV.

nice budget hotel. the room is comfortable too. there are variable choice of restaurants nearby hotels and you can choose from mamak restaurant, nasi lemak, western food or chinese food. there are also 3 laundries nearby for a long stay as i stay here for 2 weeks. the location is just opposite hospital selayang and within a few minutes walk, you can get a cab. however staff needs bit improvement. my booking was mixed up as they keep calling me few times asking to confirm my staff eventhough i am already checked in for 2 days. overall a pleasant stay.tq agoda

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Don't really expected much as this was a budget hotel. Quite clean and cheap for one night stay. Near to the selayang hospital as that was the objective. Food is limited around here however there is a small stall that opens for 24hrs with limited food and drink options

Simple hotel with basic necessities like air conditioner, hot shower, comfy bed and hot/cold water dispenser. Nothing interesting in the shopping mall nearby. The hotel is also near to local eateries and there's a self service laundry centre in the next block.

Clean, tidy and neat, worth the money”

In general, the Smile Hotel is alright for short stay, it is quite neat and clean. little set back is the request of non-smoking room. it still has smoking smell in the room, perhaps a better separation of smoking and non smoking is good.

Staying for Medical Reason”

Choose this hotel because it is near to Selayang Hospital. Room smell a bit of cigarette. Overall happy with clean room and bathroom. Value for money too, plus location near to food court.

Gracious staff”

From the moment we arrived late at night, the staff graciously assisted us by opening the doors for my parent-in-law, cleaning the room daily and politely responding to our enquiries. The family room is acceptable with the rate we were paying. It will be great if the management can provide a safe box in each room. Please note that the parking space requires the local council's parking coupon, which can be purchased from the management, or from other nearby parking ticket's agent.
