"If you are looking for a five-star hotel in Bonifacio Global City (with a 4-star rating), look no further than the Seda Bonifacio. This was our third stay here, and the staff remembered us and made us feel so welcome. It is within walking distance of the High Street and a short taxi ride to SM Aura. Fantastic location. Worth paying the extra for the Club Lounge with its evening snacks and range of drinks. OK, so the swimming pool is small, and this may not be a child-friendly hotel, but these are minor quibbles. Best hotel in Manila, and I have stayed at a few."

"i thoroughly enjoyed my 7 night stay at the sofitel philippine plaza manila hotel. i have traveled all over europe from london to the netherlands, germany, lithuania, thailand and finally manila and i have to say this is the most luxurious hotel i have visited during my month long journey. although a little pricier than some of the other hotels in the area it is still a great bargain as i booked through agoda.com. i had a room with both a view of manila bay and the city skyline as well as a perfect view of the incredible swimming pool. it was incredible and i just have to say the food is delicious and affordable for the quality and presentation. i did not eat in the restaurants but constantly ordered room service and it was amazing. you have to try to mango cheesecake and the creme brulee...you will thank me later...i promise. the staff is great and always check on you to make sure all your needs are met. this place was wonderful and if my travels ever bring me back to manila then this is definitely where i will be staying! i have only one bad thing to say and it is minor but could be a major factor some...you have to pay $7.00 per day usd for internet access in a day where even mcdonalds offers free hi speed internet access this is a very poor decision on the part of the hotel. as much as i enjoyed the hotel i have to admit that if i had known this before booking i would not have made the reservation. this is just my personal opinion but to the management i would reconsider your internet policy especially for a hotel in manila with such a higher price point. so that being said i just want to make sure travelers that are tied to their tablets and notebooks take this into consideration. they do i believe offer free wi fi in the lobby area but who wants to trek down to the lobby when you should be able to lounge in the room pajama style with a nice cup of coffee while catching up on the days business at hand. "I have stayed at Makati Palace Hotel atleast 7 different times. I have stayed at 2 other hotels, in Manila, one of which is closed, the other is cock roach infested and not worth mentioning. Makati was always clean and bug free. The buffet style breakfast at Makati Palace was worth the money I thought. They also have a few good meals at night. They make the best mango shake anywhere. I get one with every evening meal there. In the morning they have an excellent omelet and a nice variety of food at the buffet. I'll be back there whenever I go to manila again. "

"My best stay ever. I have tried hotels in Manila and in Europe, Okada provided the best service. The amenities are amazing. The staff are welcoming. I booked 2 deluxe rooms and one of our rooms got upgraded to the executive suite for the sole reason that it was our first time. Uh-mazing! right? The breakfast buffet did not disappoint as well! "

"The staff worked well with my wife and I ! I live in California and set up the villa ! My wife lives here in the Philippines ! I gave the staff permission to correspond wife my wife on all the details of the rental because it would be easier for us ! My wife had no trouble checking in and dropping her belongings off so she could meet me at the terminal when my plane arrived ! We both loved the room and were very comfortable ! we did have to call for help once for something really stupid ! For some reason their is a lock on the bathroom door that somehow got locked and we were locked out of the bathroom for a short time ! Haha ! it was a great get away for my wife and I to be alone and just be with each other before heading to our house the next day and surprising my 5 year old son whom had no clue I was coming to the Philippines for his birthday ! Thank you One Tree Villa ! We will book again !"

"The city of Taguig prides itself with the sobriquet 'probinsyudad' as it possesses the ambience and sophistication of a provincial city. The F1 Manila Hotel stands perfectly in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), a fast growing financial district in Taguig. If you do not want to travel far to enjoy a good rest and simply stay in the vicinity of the five cities of Manila, Makati, Mandaluyong, Taguig and Quezon City, and be pampered with the amenities that BGC offers, and if you just want to stay close to the airport, then F1 Manila Hotel is the hotel for you. It is walking distance to many of the major spots in BGC including the Bonifacio High Street and the Fort. The hotel has a swimming pool for kids and adults, a spa and gym, and a retaurant and coffee shop that offers many kinds of sumptuous food. The rooms have wifi, cable TV, safety deposit box and flat iron. They are quite comfortable, spacious, clean and modern while the bathroom is big enough to enjoy a hot shower. There are a few drawbacks - the elevators are quite small for a 20+ story building, five to six people will have to squeeze themselves. With this, you need to wait a while to get to your floor. And you need to learn how to use your card key in the elevator! There is no hair dryer in the room and this is a no-no for women. The swimming pool is only 4.5 feet deep, just sufficient for a short lap but the water is quite cold! We noticed that the main entrance of the hotel is closed so we have to enter through the back which is not too inviting for guests. The reception area in the fifth floor is also quite small and uninteresting. On the whole my familty enjoyed our stay in this hotel."

"I have stayed at numerous Manila hotels in the past 20 years on my way to and from a second home in Cebu from NY-USA. For me a small, efficient and affordable accomodation convient to NAIA such as the Eurotel Pedro Gil is fine, especially if you are traveling solo. Wouldn't recommend for families as rooms are smaller sized on the order of the old European hotels of the post-World War II era. "

"this is my 8th visit to philippines and i've stayed at 12+ different hotels, 6+ of them 4/5 stars. for value and location this is by far the best hotel in manila. you can save a little more at other hotels in the neighborhood, but end up walking a bit or taking a taxi to entertain yourself. you can spend a lot more money, get more amenities and more comfort, but again, spend some time to get yourself entertained. shangri-la for example is a better hotel, but you will pay for it. dusit sometimes might be cheaper, but it is a cheaper (feel) hotel in what seems to be a back alley. through agoda, you can get excellent deals. for price, location, comfort and safety new world makati is 5 star all the way and an excellent value"
