"Staffs are great, they're approachable and friendly, they even prepared early for my breakfast so I can catch my flight in Kalibo. For the place, it's far away from Station 1 to 3 as the location is in Diniwid, so you need to ride a tricycle that will drop you in CityMall and walked for like 5-10 mins. The stairs going up in the reception of the hotel is steep and needs to be careful. I stayed on their new bunk bed room and there are no lockers, one of the bunk beds doesn't have stairs and beds in the upper part is too close in ceiling, especially the middle one. I think they need to improve it. In going to Diniwid beach (the best spot to watch sunset) it's just 3-5 mins walk. Overall, I can say that I'm gonna stay again. "

Diniview Villas Resort
Diniwid,Diniwid - View on map
"We loved our stay at the Shell Villa. The views were AMAZING and the villa itself was very beautiful. They even stocked our fridge with a few basic items such as eggs, bread, jam, butter, juice, all for free. The commute to station 1 white beach is about 10-15 mins and cost P300 per way for the both of us. That's probably the worst part of staying at Diniwid Beach and not right on White Beach is it can be costly if you wanted to go back and forth. But apparently you can also walk along the beach and that takes about 15 mins (we did not try it). The staff were very nice and met the owner too who also owns a restaurant at D-mall. Very good restaurant with also some healthy options :) "

Microtel by Wyndham Boracay
Diniwid,Diniwid - View on map
"The Microtel is situated at Diniwid Beach and was a pleasure to stay at. With access to it's own private beach with gorgeous sunsets, open air restaurant and nice swimming pools, it was a very nice getaway location. Staff was nice and friendly, and there was someone waiting for us at the Jetty in Caticlan to take our bags and escort us from the pier in Boracay to the hotel. I wish I had remembered to tip him. I made sure to tip the staff on the way out though. At one point, my girlfriend cut her finger on her razor and the staff were nice enough to give us tons of bandaids. It is a little far from the D'Mall, which the action is as well as White Beach, which itself is something out of a beautiful dream, even during the rainy season, but the hotel offers a convenient free shuttle to and from the mall. Even if you didn't use the shuttle, the trike from the mall back to the hotel is a mere 100 pesos, which at the time of this review was about $2.50. We booked a double deluxe and would have been satisfied with just one double bed, but there ended up being two in the room, which was fine. We ended up hanging out in one bed and slept in the other. Bathroom was amazing with a rain-shower shower head and was very spacious. The only issue we had with it was there were ants constantly around the sink despite having the staff deal with it. After a while, we just stopped trying. Though the ants were always there, there weren't many of them. The air conditioner, despite many other reviews stating they were loud, never bothered us. The breakfast in the morning was good, but nothing to write home about. Definitely had a great time there, and very satisfied with the staff. Should we ever return again, we would consider staying again at the Microtel. "

Boracay Amor Apartments
Diniwid,Diniwid - View on map
"Boracay Amor Apartments was on of the best places where we stayed during our journey in the Philippines. We asked for a room change before the arrival and everything was manage by Agoda App. The hosts are two wonderful people that shared with us a lot about Boracay Amor Apartments. The staff was always helpful and kind. The hotel stays a little bit distant from station 1, 2 or 3, but there is a way from the Diniwid Beach (next to the hotel) to the White beach, that makes everything more close. There are also a free shuttle from the hotel to the Diniwid Beach and to the city mall. Certainly we will come back if we travel again to Boracay. Thank you Boracay Amor Apartments. "

Sulu Sea Boutique Hotel
Diniwid,Diniwid - View on map
"The staff are accomodating at Sulu Sea Boutique hotel. I needed to print a one page document and they welcomed me to use one of their computers and printers at no extra cost. In addition, breakfast is serve fresh i.e you order and then they cook it unlike some hotels that serve breakfast to you that has been reheated. I just wish they serve a wide range of breakfast however it is understandable that they have limited choices for there are only 8 rooms to serve. Although they do not serve lunch or dinner, they can order delivery for you and you have a choice of eating it in your room or at their dining area. The rooms are very new, spacious and clean. I hope that they will maintain the level of cleaniness for these rooms. Only disappointment is that they charge you for their bottles of mineral water however you can just purchase a big bottle of 4litres of mineral water at around 72pesos at one of the stores along Diniwid Road. Take note that you have to pay 100pesos per way for a tricycad (tuk tuk) ride to the main beach if you hire one them that is parked near the hotel. This is considered as a charter service. If you want to save (esp if you are not a group),keep walking along Diniwid Road till you find a tricycad that is charging regular fare approximately 10-15pesos per person. Or another option is to walk through the beach at the edge of Diniwid beach that connects to Station One -However I discourage this if it is the monsoon season as the waves can be huge and dangerous. This place is best for people who will not have problems walking as there are some steep and uneven areas to walk through before reaching the hotel.Take note that the hotel is not connected directly to Diniwid road. There's a shortcut through a private area that will be open in the morning and close at around 8-9pm. If you arrive late, you have to walk through a common path that leads to Diniwid beach and a sign board will point to the main entrance of the hotel. Bring a torch light."

Nonna's House
Diniwid,Diniwid - View on map
"Nonna and Fabri are a wonderful couple and spectacular hosts. They told us all the best places and restaurants to visit, and the places we should avoid. They gave us all the transportation rates, so we weren't scammed by tricycle drivers who would hike up the rates on tourists. They had constant contact with us prior to our arrival and even allowed us to check-in early and checkout late. Fabri even arranged a short notice private diving trip with the company he works for that was safe, enjoyable, and exceptionally affordable. They are very friendly and I would recommend my best friends and my family to stay with Nonna and Fabri. I will stay with them on my next visit to Boracay ! Thank you so much Nonna and Fabri! - K & A"

Orinda Boracay
Diniwid,Diniwid - View on map
"first of all, the room booking comes with land transfers from airport to the hotel and daily breakfast for 2. the land transfer made the trip convenient and comfortable. the breakfast was filling enough. the best part of it is it's served facing the beach. location: orinda is located in diniwid beach. from boracay port, it's around 30 minutes away. there are only a couple of hotels in this beach and it's not summer when we went, so there are only a couple of people in the beach. it's more laid back compared to white beach, but with the same white sandy beach and clear water. from the hotel, you can take a walk to white beach or take the hotel's shuttle(it's free when you go on one of their schedules). room: we stayed at a de luxe room with 2 single beds. the room's only big enough for the beds, a night table and a small tv. the cons first: there's no option for a double bed. if you're tall and big, this room might feel small for you. it was be a little uncomfortable for me passing by some parts of the room because of the slanting ceiling(like in an attic). the pros: the room and bathroom are clean enough for someone who's a little obsessive about cleanliness. there's towel, soap and shampoo. staff: my first encounter with the staff was when i scheduled our transfer. i just sent an sms and said i booked through agoda and they confirmed that someone from a third-party transportation company will meet us at the airport. upon arriving at boracay port, the hotel's van was already waiting. it was also a breeze checking in. i gave them agoda's voucher, and they asked me to register. before showing us to our room, the front desk officer gave the schedule for shuttle service to station 2 (which is 5x a day) and the driver's cellphone number, the password to the wifi and the time breakfast is served. i felt like they know how to handle their customers. they're already offering you what you may need, even if it's just as simple as information. it was a great stay!"

The Beach House Boracay
Diniwid,Diniwid - View on map
"Bit of a mission from Manila: domestic terminal airport (various airlines ie Cebu, PAL, SkyJet), 40 min flight to Caticlan, transfer to Jetty Port, boat across to Boracay, then bus to resort. I'd heard Stations 1-3 were quite busy/very commercialised so opted to go a bit further north to Diniwid Beach and glad we did. Reception & staff so friendly & helpful, we got an Executive Beach view room (could jump from balcony to beach front!) huge rooms with 2 dbl beds, TV, balcony, aircon unit, Bathroom with shower & a fridge. Hotel connected with a small restaurant/bar on the beach with own tables & sunbeds - free for use by guests. Admittedly, we ended most of our nights next door at the MicroTel which had a bar, pool, lounge seating and made lovely cocktails & food. Also tried the neighbouring hotel restaurants: Spider House (floating seating above the sea), Nami: clifftop restaurant & spa). Would definitely recommend & stay here again - absolutely beautiful! "

Boracay West Cove Resort
Diniwid,Diniwid - View on map
"Cons: For a fanstastic hotel like this I don't expect guest to pay the life vest and snorkelling gears at high prices. Life vest is 100peso and snorkelling gear is 150peso for 2 hours. I usually get 100peso for both for whole day. The hotel is nice but to stay whole day doing nothing could also be boring so I hope the management will reconsider the renting policies. Food in the restaurant has Paris prices, we want to relax and enjoy more in the hotel, but at the end we have to go out every night for cheaper dinner. Limited internet coverage. Pros: Friendly staff, spacious room, wonderful balcony and seaview. When you open your eyes in the morning, th crystal clear water in just in front of you. The Diniwid beach is really relaxing as compared to white beach. It is also very close to Puka Beach. And the complimentary breakfast is fantastic. Even I don't like the renting policies, if you are on honeymoon and looking for a romantic place, the hotel is highly recommended. "
