"Pros I can say that the customer service provided by front office team is really sattisfied and they are friendly... The room provided for me is Deluxe room with balcony, which I love it... In the room everything is completed especially they provide Indian channel which really surprise me and my husband... 😍 as I know most hotels are not having Indian channel but in ion delemen is really shocking and they more to customer satisfaction... Simply I can say that Ion Delemen is a very good stay compare to other Hotels in Genting Highlands... They completed with gym, sauna and swimming pool as well Cons is, the road to ION DELEMEN HOTEL is really very dangerous in the night/day for the new comer. Maybe I suggest to have more street light and to have more spaces for cars to travel. Just expect more safe construction of road. If can improve on road issues maybe ion delemen can become the most favourite stay of everyone... I also planned my next vacation to stay in ion delemen soon... "

"The location is ideal as it is near to most attractions in Genting Highlands. The breakfast package was very worthy, I would recommend alone to go for it. The staff were really friendly too, making us felt welcomed. However, the only con is its distance to the parking lot and you'll need to go a whole big round after leaving the carpark to pick up family members back at the hotel. "

"Bathroom not very clean. Sofa bed should not be considered as an extra bed that i have paid for. i was told that if i bring in a 4th adult, i need to pay RM150. all i got was a thin mattress for RM150 for the 4th adult. only after telling them off, i got a refund. "

"For those going to Genting Highlands, my advice not to stay the hotel as it is too far and shuttle bus must be book early as first come first serve. Shuttle bus only provide from 9am to 12am and is hourly. As for hotel is good and nice if you stay within hotel for staycation."

"The Check-In was smooth (Thanks to Patrick from frontdesk, who was patient enough to give all information). The Room was Clean and Spacious, and ofcourse had an Amazing view. Lots of restaurants (Chinese, Japanese, Indian/Arabic, and others) were just one floor above the Main lobby of the Hotel. Casino can also be accessed directly from the Hotel Lobby. In my opinion, of all the Hotels at the Highland, the Maxims was best placed (in terms of location) and also value for money. Would only stay at this property whenever I go to Genting. P:S The Hotel was Kind enough to arrange a floral decoration in the room for my wife’s Birthday. Special Thanks to the Team for their amazing gesture."

"Genting Highlands is rather small and all hotels are linked. The Resorts World Genting was comfortable, and walking to the casino, or to the eateries were easy. The cool weather made walking a brisk. I would definitely recommend staying in one of the Genting Group hotels when in Genting Highlands."
