Dorsett Kuala Lumpur
Bukit Bintang,Bukit Bintang - View on map
"My first time in Bukit Bintang and I was taken really taken by surprise with Dorsett. It's located at the east end of Bukit Bintang area, so it was quiet and peaceful, but yet reaching the bustling busy streets with malls is just 150m away! How convenient is that! Due to holiday season, the rooms were full, so my Family Room got upgraded to a suite room, which is amazing. Breakfast was great with plenty of food choices, but the dining room was rather small compared to the number of guests, and I saw a very long line of people waiting. I took one star out of the facilities because of the lackluster gym area and equipments. Seriously, Dorsett should be ashamed :( But overall I truly enjoyed staying here and I would most definitely return! I'll just skip the gym."

JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur
Bukit Bintang,Bukit Bintang - View on map
"JW Marriott has always been my most favourite hotel to stay when visiting Kuala Lumpur, especially in Bukit Bintang area. It has the best location, connected directly to the StarHill Gallery and the big luxurious Pavillion Shopping Mall is just across the street, and monorail station is only a couple of minutes of walking distance. The staffs are very friendly and the services are excellent. It is the best hotel in the area and will always be my first choice in mind when coming to KL."

KLoe Hotel

"Staff was excellent, well trained and always took the opportunity to ask us about our stay. We felt well taken care of. Design of the hotel was among the best we ever stayed in - quaint, unique and well thought out! Some slight feedback was given to the front desk who quickly took out a notepad to record our feedback, which shows proper attention taken to address our concerns. Distance was a bit out of the way and entrance was quite hidden at first, but all minor gripes to what was an excellent stay in an excellent hotel! Plus points to all the well designed locations in the hotel itself that make you want to stay in the room less and venture around and explore!"

Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

"My wife, and I and 4 year old son arrived @ hotel at 9pm.We came from the low cost carrier airport (the aerobus shuttle is 8 rm, kids are 4)takes 1 hour to get to K.L sentral monorail, then a taxi for 20 rm to the hotel, less than 10 mins.We were upgraded from superior room to superior premium when we arrived, we were only ones @ check in. Premium room is brand new, and beautiful, it is very large as well. The room has a seperate living room so my son can sleep in bed and we can watch t.v on the 35 inch flat screen but only 17 channels and 1 movie channel. The bath tub is big and seperate stand up shower was great also.Free wireless fast internet, free bottled water and theee most amazing buffet breakfast made this hotel one of the best we've ever stayed in! Our son loved the 2 kids pools, the gym has a studio room also and my son played there alot he really wz happy there while my wife worked out. The hotel itself is situated right in Bukit Bintang it is in a shopping mall. There is a super market to buy cheap food or alcohol (carlsberg is 5 rm each) at a bar, beer is 25 rm or more..The Imbi monorail is attached to the west part of the mall and takes seconds to walk to. Mall has wendys, mcdonalds, kfc for kids and a great new food court with malaysian and chinese/thai dishes for cheap. A great small curry house for street food right across the street if your hungry at night. Truely was an amazing 4 night stay."

Hotel Capitol Kuala Lumpur
Bukit Bintang,Bukit Bintang - View on map
"Hotel Capitol is a charming and affordable hotel in Bukit Bintang. It was our first time staying there, and we really didn't know what to expect. We had just came in from a long bus ride from Singapore, with an added 2-3 hours being stuck in a traffic jam. It was a humid day and our bodies had grown stiff to the long journey - all we wanted was to rest. It took us a while to figure out where the entrance to the main lobby is, even though we saw the facade while walking in the street. After a few turns, we realized it was actually much easier to get to the hotel than we thought. Entering the lobby, I was amazed at to see how modern and well-furnished it looked. Honestly, I wasn't trying to expect much as it is only a 3-star hotel. The check-in was very smooth and quick - only about 5-8 minutes. The staff was really friendly and efficient. As we entered our room, I saw that this hotel really keeps up to the guests' expectations to be what the website portrays. It felt grand and so very welcoming. I felt at home. Spotless bedsheets, clean bathroom & towels. The TV has a variety of channels to choose from - I even managed to catch my favorite American drama series there. The hotel even has a clean & green policy going on - guests can choose not to have their towels & bedsheets changed everyday to reduce the amount of water wasted on washing them. When we wanted to explore the area, we found that the hotel is strategically located within 5 mins of 3 malls - Plaza Low Yat, BB Plaza & Sungei Wang plaza. Pavilion and Berjaya Times Square were also within 8-10 mins walk. A variety of food were in abundance in the area, we were really spoilt for choice. Capitol may not be a 5-star hotel, but it sure deserves it, seeing that it is the most perfect hotel to stay in Bukit Bintang area.A 3-star hotel with the quality of a 5-star. I stayed for 2 nights and paid only SGD200. I would not recommend any other hotel in that area, nor would I even research for it."

"The rooms are new, cozy and peppy. We were pleasantly suprised by the quality of the room, the service and the location which is quite near to most shopping places in Bukit Bintang. I recommend this place if you're looking for a hotel in Bukit Bintang area and otherwise. Kudos to the hotel management for such a brilliant property."

PH Suites @ Pavilion Bukit Bintang
Bukit Bintang,Bukit Bintang - View on map
"Suites in Banyan Residence was privately owned by property manager - PH Suites, so the check in was not as normally we would in a hotel. The staffs are friendly though, but make sure you ask them to explain how everything in the room works before they leave. We have to upgrade the network for TV to be able to watch Youtube etc (because it is a smart TV, which should be a plus point but meh). The pool was close and only open for 3 hours, oddly 1-3pm. so that was a big disappointment because the website didnt say so. The dedicated walkaway to Pavilion was great and so convenient. They dont have room service or breakfast so you may have to go to Pavi a lot. The bath tub is amazing, love the size and design. The room was very modern and we love the ID. "

Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang
Bukit Bintang,Bukit Bintang - View on map
"We (young couple) stayed in Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang for 3 nights. We checked in late (11pm) since we were arriving by bus from Singapore. Check-in was fast, you have to pay a deposit of 50RM though, so it's good I already had some RM although we just got off the bus. The lobby of the hotel is very modern, simple and clean. I read before going that it was only a few months old. Staff was friendly. Our room was big (around 18sqm), clean and modern. Aircon is not noisy and works very well, Internet connection in the room was excellent. The room has a fridge, a water boiler, an iron, a hairdryer, a flatscreen TV with around 10 channels. Roomservice was not bad. the only problem is that when we decided to sleep a little longer, the guy was already knocking at the door (9am), asking if we need new water bottles or towels, instead of just coming back later. We didnt book with breakfast, since i read here and on trip advisor some people saying that the breakfast isnt good. So we decided that for that price difference (5€/p) we could get better food outside. The hotel is located more or less just in front of the monorail station Imbi, from which you can access most places. there is an overpass under the monorail station to cross the road and access the huge Berjaya times square mall (bargain shooping and good foodcourt in the basement). All the other malls and restaurants in bukit bintang are in walking distance. "
