Smoke-free hotels in White Town / French Colony

"Visiting Pondicherry was in my bucket list. and we wanted to play tourists to the hilt. Exploring the French colony was one of them. The options of staying in the isolated area with private beach didn't appeal and we were on look out for something that would give us top class treatment and in the middle of white town. Promenade fitted the bill. And we did not regret it our choice. Promenades biggest lure is its vicinity to the Rock beach. U can wake up early in the morning and watch the Sunrise. All the white town attractions are walkable distance and you need not have a car for the same. The breakfast served is good and elaborate. Staff is polite and respectful. This is a senior citizen friendly and child-friendly hotel and they make arrangements for wheelchair whenever required. They could improve on the housekeeping and cleanliness. Overall a good experience."

"My stay at Richmond was the highlight of my holiday @ Pondicherry. Richmond is situated bang in the middle of the French colony and it is at a walking distance from every local sightseeing attraction. You can soak up the local culture just by walking the lanes around the hotel. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly and they had easy and flexible check-in and checkout timings and policies. The food served was very good and they had a good mix of indian and continental dishes. Their seafood preparations were noteworthy and they got me hooked on seafood for my stay! I loved every second of my holiday and will definitely return to Pondicherry and stay at Richmond again!"

"The hotel is located in white town facing the ocean. The location is great. It is very near to Arbindo ashram, Gandhi statue, French War memorial, Auro Beach. The staff is very friendly and will try their best to make your stay memorable. We stayed for a day there. My special thanks to Mr. Rajesh for answering all our queries and help."

"While i was searching for hotels near White town in Pondicherry, I have come across The Bull Boutique hotel and hesitantly i have done booking and once i reached the place to my surprise everything was so wonderful that i loved my stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The restaurant and food was too delicious, and the beach is just 500 m away from the hotel and almost every tourist spot is close by. Wash rooms are clean and hygienic. Overall it's value for money. Thanks to management and agoda :)"
