Simply loved the Sofitel team and environment”

It's our second time to Bali Nusa Dua area, this time for honeymoon, and we specifically picked Sofitel after checking out all of the resorts. They did not disappoint! The staff prepared tremendous welcoming gifts for us, and served us so well at every step. Also need to mention the Maranai Beach House which is just the perfect place to spend a day at the beach, with amazing drinks and the best food we've had. Their dinner buffet is also likely the best we've tasted in the entire area, yet at an extremely reasonable price. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nusa Dua's first hotel by the main entrance”

If you have kids and is going to Bali then Nusa Dua is for you. For those that don't know, Nusa Dua is a gated community of resort/hotels so the security is a bit higher than other hotels. Sofitel is the first hotel by the main entrance of Nusa Dua so it is a bit of a walk to other hotels along the beach and a from the shops area. They have a shuttle, but if you are in Bali, you don't have to be anywhere quick. Grade A amenities and service, the spa is excellent.

Wonderful and superb”

We enjoy staying in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, especially my kid, he enjoy the Kid Club's facility, and staff there provided excellent services to all the guest. Huge and wonderful design of the hotel, I will definitely recommend it to all my friends...Thumb up for all Sofitel's staff.

A Pleasant Birthday Treat!”

My husband and I chose Sofitel to have a relaxing time as we celebrate our birthday week. The staff surprised us with flowers and cakes to greet us. We booked a room with pool access room which was connected to the main pool. The staff are nice, friendly, and very accommodating. In the afternoon, we enjoyed lounging at the beach side with our cocktails and had a quiet dinner at their Toya Beach Bar Grill. The following day, we woke up early to watch sunrise by the beach. Having a dedicated departure lounge to freshen up before heading back to the airport for a late evening flight is another plus points for guests to feel well taken care of. Truly an amazing experience and worth coming back to this place! Thank you Sofitel Nusa Dua and your entire staff!

Hotel Fits for King, Queen and Princess”

I have always wanted to stay at Sofitel since my last stay in Xian, that is why I booked this hotel for my family and also to see Nusa Dua area. The hotel is huge and we were surprised to upgrade to single bedroom villa that came with butler. The sand at the beach is fine and clean, sea water also very calm because of a wall breaker close to the beach. Kids love to swim in the clear sea water. Since we did not book their breakfast, they gave an option to have breakfast and unlimited Club Millesime usage where drinks, titbits, and selected dining foods at selected hours. We have perfect holidays in the sofitel especially the villa own pools. Highly recommended to stay here and enjoy the facilities that are fit for King, Queen and most importantly princess.

A Modern Family-Oriented Hotel”

We enjoyed our 5 day stay at the new Sofitel Nusa Dua. The style of the hotel is particular and not particularly Balinese- it is very contemporary and rather quirky but it all seems to work. The staff on the whole were particularly good, Agung the Duty Manager and Kurniawan, Restaurant Captain who helped make our stay very enjoyable. One of the new waiters in the restaurant, Tira, was also fantastic and deserves a mention. The Sofitel is great for families but not so much for people without kids. The pools were lovely but always busy. The Nikki Beach Club we simply didn't like very much. The daily buffet breakfast was terrific and the room overlooking the pool was fantastic.

Exceptional”

We booked two different types of room: 1 was the honeymoon suite for us and the other room was deluxe room with ocean view for my partner’s parent..... both room were beautiful.... we had personal butler for the honeymoon suite and the staffs was nice and friendly, nothing was to difficult for her (can’t remember her name). Buffet for breakfast was great with lots and lots of choices. Unfortunately my husband and I were very sick for our last couple of days in Sofitel :-( couldn’t enjoy much had to canceled many of our plans, but the staff always check on us and making sure we are ok,. We will definitely come back next time and hoping we won’t get sick again :) Thank you Sofitel Nusa Dua for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable....

Great stay”

We were very pleased during our stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua in June 2019. The room was excellent, the customer service were great. The resort was well designed and we really enjoyed the facilities there. However, we were disappointed with the breakfast and the food at the beach. I guess we were expecting amazing food would come with Sofitel Brand. We have expressed our opinion to the management, and they were great at responding at it. They particularly made effort in giving us a call, offering us another meal at their buffet restaurant which we declined because we had to leave that day, at the end, they gave us a complimentary transport to the airport. We really appreciate the effort from the management in responding to our opinion about the food. Their attention and care had made a difference on the overall experience of our stay. We left with a good impression of the resort.

The true luxury lifestyle”

Sofitel is a new hotel in Nusa Dua area. The hotel was designed to fit both young and older people. All the rooms and villas were easily accessed even though you are handicapped. When you purchase the Club Milesime Room, it includes many complimentary such as free high tea, free wine tasting, free beverages from 10 AM to 10 PM. It is worth the price because you can enjoy may thing the hotel offered (dance classes, aquarobics, etc). I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxation in luxury.

Rest & Relaxation”

My parents & I came to Bali for a birthday trip. We stayed at various different hotels (Tunjung Mas Bunjulows & Harris Hotel) throughout Bali, Denpasar during our trip but Sofitel exceeded my level of expectations. The room was of fair & decent size, with a gorgeous bathroom. Our toilet room reeked of previous urine - which was UNACCEPTABLE - but we were leaving the next day so we did not notify housekeeping. In addition, the resort is great & grand in design. Staff was very helpful, courteous & respectful (I got lost a few times). Although check out is at 12pm, our flight wasn't until 6:30pm, the hotel provided us a spare room to change & get ready at before our flight back home. Excellent customer service & definitely a bonus before leaving for a 24 hour flight ahead! Overall, I would come back to Sofitel in the future!!

Great hidden Gem”

As someone from Maldives, I have experienced high end/top class guest relation services at different beach resourts. I must say the Sofitel Nusa Dua can easily compete with other best resourt around the globe. I loved the room, restaurants, the great big awesome pool, concierge services and almost everything. Everyone greet with a smile. The location is very well secured. Cons: 1) water pressure us low.

Wow wow wow wow wow”

The resort was absolutely beautiful! Amazing design around a huge lagoon pool with heaps f tropical plants. We had the pool access room and highly recommend it. The room itself was fantastically designed, with an open concept bathroom (that can also be private), great flatscreen tv with plenty of channels, great amenities (shampoos and body wash etc were good quality), and of course a wonderful view of the lagoon itself. I highly recommend club millesime. We had breakfast there twice of our four mornings, as its nice and quiet when you feel like avoiding the hustle and bustle of the main buffet. They have a high tea 3pm-5pm and tapas 5:50-7:30pm. We actually never went out for dinner because the tapas filled us up enough. They also have a cocktail each night and plenty of wine for free during tapas. All day you can order whatever drinks you like including soft drinks, ice teas, coffee, tea, fresh juices and smoothies. This saved us a lot of money as the prices throughout the hotel are actually really quite expensive (approx. $6 AUD for a coke. The pool table in the club was also great, and although we never used it there is a private pool for club members too. Finally I want to complement the staff who were so welcoming and friendly. The club staff were particularly amazing, as they were so attentive and you never had an empty drink, same as the CCC staff. The lobby staff are great too. My one recommendation to Sofitel is to provide an activities list for the upcoming week to all visitors. They had aqua aerobics and pool volleyball which was heaps of fun, but easy to miss if you weren't at the right place at the right time. Also adding yoga sessions on the beach in the morning would be great, or getting some kayaks? Overall an amazing resort!!!! I've been to quite a few five star resorts and this definitely tops them- I'm already looking to book another stay with them!!!

Clearly not a place for Beach”

I will start with the negative sides as most of the people would be seeking those information: - Overall Bali is not a great place for Beach. The Sofitel Nosa Dua is the perfect example of a beach you can find on the island: poor colors of the water, low visibility and high tides. We even encountered some jelly fishes. - The Sofitel lacks of Sport activities. Only a fitness room is proposed. There are few water activities proposed on the beach but you will have to walk a bit to find them (do not hesitate to bargain the price) On the bright side: - Amazing Bedding, I haven't slept so well for ages ! - Very good quality of the staff - Great Swimming pool and spa I definitely suggest the Sofitel for a stay but i will probably not go back to Bali as there are better places in Asia to see.

Good for families”

Nusa Dua Beach is the best since it’s not for locals. Sofitel is good for family and relaxation while others around are just like night clubs. However, this area in general is more expensive to dine or have any other service, but no other area is as luxury and fabulous as Nusa Dua.

We are coming back again”

We absolutely loved our time at Sofitel. The hotel is beautiful, located on a private beach and has happy hour every day at a pool bar- what more do u need. The staff were amazing and took care of us so well. The room was amazing. The breakfast was great with lots of selections. There are shuttles to take u to Bali collection to get a massage. We are coming back for sure and staying as long as possible. Loved it and would recommend for anyone so wants to enjoy a beautiful resort, food, pools, beach and cheap drinks.

Got lucky and chosen as guest of the day there. This is a resort where you need to stay for at least a couple days to enjoy their amenities. If it's your first time in Bali and you want to explore and have only a couple of days, I wouldn't recommend this place because Nusa Dua is a little out of the way. Other than that, this resort is 10 out of 10.

Good New Hotel”

Sofitel is luxury hotel in Nusa Dua, it's a new hotel, so all the properties is still new. Anyway, if you travelling with young children, they have Kids Club, but in one day, you only can enter one time, for max 4 hours. So if you pickup your child, you cannot use the facility anymore for free. Of course you can if you want to pay extra 75,000/hour.

superb stay at sofitel”

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Sofitel Bali. They gave us a surprise by choosing us to be their 'guest of the day', which they took care of our checkin process at the executive club. Also they gave us free access to enjoy the afternoon tea and wine tasting. The bedroom was nicely design and we love the bathroom too! The pool was super and the beach was private enough for you to play on. Overall, It's a well recommended hotel to stay during your stay in Bali.

Its perfect, awesome hotel”

Sofitel Nusa Dua Beach Hotel its perfect hotel to spend your holiday with family, they have a nice pool, nice beach and also the room and the other facilities. I reccomend to stay at pool side room it was so comfortable and easier to get inside the pool and the have more private pool than the other room. Its good for kids and a couple who like to enjoy their stay.
